At least my sub tasted good, but I walked in, and the cashier looked at me twice, and then back over to talk to his coworkers before he finally asked me what I wanted to start my order. I was the only one standing in front of the register. And then there was nothing freaky fast about this service, I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich.

If you are at all hungry, do not order delivery from this place. We waited over 2 hours only to be told they hadn’t made the bread that morning! Why on earth did they accept our on-line order then? [Note to owner: don’t bother telling me to leave feedback on the JJs web site, where it will just be buried]

Woman in ponytail immediately started yelling. The store has confusing social distancing signs with one stating “stay behind blue line” and another “employees only beyond this point”. When asking for an explanation she refused and just asked me to get out.

Long time customer of this location. Used to go order to delivery in under 30 minutes. Now it’s usually 2 hours+ for sandwiches. Last order never showed up and no one ever answers the phone. Terrible service. Find somewhere else.

I thought walking into this store was a joke. Out of 6 people working in there and only 2 guest at tables no one even looked up or greeted us walking in. Then the “cashier” just stood at the register lol didn’t ask how I was doing OR EVEN WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER! He just stood until i just blurted out the sandwich I wanted. From start to finish he didn’t speak, I mean you could at least tell me my total. Now I would have given some grace as I thought maybe he can’t speak or something isn’t right until he turned around and said something to the person making the sandwiches.. wow. Even after the awkward order I tried to tell him NO ONIONS and I said I’m allergic I could die (said it in a joking manner to see if I could crack a smile)…. Nothing except extra onions on my sandwich that I didn’t notice until I bit into the sandwich and felt my throat itching. I tried calling the store as well no answer, go figure. It’s one thing to be rude but to be careless with allergies… I spent a while at patient first after things went really south and we are now working on getting everyone’s information to give to our attorney… unless your desperate for food just avoid this location.

This is a horrible location. I am not sure if this is a franchise or not but the management needs to be fired. This is the third time in a month there’s been an issue. The first time, there was a sign on the door that they were not open for staff issues. The second time last week I waited almost 25 minutes for my sandwich, there were nine people in front of me also frustrated. Today I show up and there’s a sign on the door saying online orders only. What they hell are they doing? Get the proper management and staff or close your doors. Also, the place always looks filthy inside

Very nice store for the most part this location deserve a Five Star rating. However I will not do that today. Visited this location and purchased a number 9 sandwich. Was made excellently only thing it was not cut. In past visits there it was always cut, never asked to have it cut. Well when it had not been cut…caused me to feel a total disrespect. I am a lady not some Construction worker or man. Being diabetic, generally eat half portion and the second portion as a second serving.

I’ve never been to a bad Jimmy John’s. Until today. I meant to order from Linthicum Heights through the app and accidentally ordered here. The employees were not welcoming. Never experienced that before at Jimmy John’s. Also, the same sandwich I always order @ Jimmy John’s was made so differently at this location. Disappointing. I’m still a fan of Jimmy John’s but I’ll make sure I don’t accidentally order from this location again.

I love the sandwiches here. They are made to order and so quickly. There could be a long line, but it doesn’t feel that way b/c they are so fast. The only thing i don’t like is you have to tell them to cut the sandwich in half. Other than that, I have no complaints. Even walking by, the smell of fresh baked bread is so enticing.

Online pick up and regular orders are not separated so it can be confusing to be able to pick up your order quickly. Employees use the front entrance to enter and exit delivery orders making social distancing hard to impossible in the small entry area. The store needs a better set up for the take out only model.
