Literally the worst sandwiches we’ve had from a Jimmy John’s. We ordered three sandwiches, each sandwich was severely under filled. I’m talking 1 piece of meat on two of the sandwiches. On the third sandwich, 1/2 of the tuna sandwich didn’t even have tuna on it and just tomato and cucumber. The tuna was a celery and onion salad with a little tuna. If you need a quick sandwich, you’re better off going to Jersey Mikes. Best part of our lunch was the pickle. I never leave reviews, but I paid $30 for bread.

Jimmy John is no doubt for me the best place for getting my favorite subs. There are so many tasty options, and you choose the size! Chips on the side are a must. Good vibes, sandwiches and great decoration. I love it!!!!!!

Management- Part owner at this location Michael W. Is very very rude and disrespectful. Told me I ordered at the the wrong location, needed to go and pick my order up from where I called it in at & told me he would not take my re-order at that location. Racist vibes & shouldn’t be in the food/ customer service industry. Literally embarrass me in front of other customers and his very respectful crew, who also looked in total shock. Please run & go to the JJ Dobbin location. Do not support his nasty business. He Needs an attitude check. I don’t even trust the food anymore.

Went with my daughter for dinner. Ordered two combos but the cashier only rang one up as a meal. I expected to be billed for two and had no problem completing a second transaction, however, he rang them up individually and I paid more than I should have. He was so difficult to order from and to speak with that I gave up trying. The food was good but there was no knives to cut the sandwich and it wasn’t cut. I asked for napkins and I was directed to reach behind the counter, no big deal but the employees seemed bothered by providing napkins. They did offer to bring my food back behind the counter, after a bite had been taken out of it, but I declined. Owner you may want to retrain that team. Eating behind the counter and cutting half eaten food is a no go.

Consistently the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, 2 sandwich orders usually take 30+ minutes. Hygiene is also questionable, long haired employees with no hat or hair net tossing hair back and forth over the food is not a good look. Won’t be coming back after this latest experience.

For a quick sandwich, this is great. When i am in a hurry Jimmy John hits the spot. You are in and out in about 8-10 minutes. If its not a line make it 5 minutes.

The person finishing our sandwiches was at the register, and had hair extensions down to counter top height. She ran her hands over her mask and down the extensions after ringing up our order. She reached for our rolls without changing her gloves. Disgusting even if it wasn’t in the middle of covid. They did put on fresh gloves when we requested, but should have done so anyway. She needs to keep her hands off her hair when preparing food.
