I placed an order for catering for my company and ordered the catering box with 18 sandwiches to be delivered the following day for a meeting. The delivery was 45 minutes late and and the sandwiches are tiny! When I called to ask where my delivery is, they had no real answer, it seems like their online ordering process doesn’t align with their actual delivery – so much for freaky fast. The sandwiches were about two inches long, about half the size of what I was expecting compared to sandwich catering orders I’ve made with other companies.

So this Jimmy John’s is local in Ashburn but after today on Saturday ( my 4th visit ) I will not return to this location. Not because the food is horrible, or prepared wrong. The quality is actually great just as every other JJ’s. However, I’m not sure what seems to be this employees issue. He is extremely rude. Every single time I walk in there. Short. No eye contact. Rude. Rude to other customers inside. No mannerism whatsoever. Now, I understand every one has bad day. Bad weeks. However, as I said this was my 4th time in the last 2-3 months it’s absolutely absurd the way he treats customers. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

Dear Jimmy John’s I haven’t eaten at one of your establishments for close to 5 years. I was so excited to have a bootlegger. However I was so disappointed in the quality and freshness of the ingredients in the sandwich. Both the turkey and the roast beef were completely dry and the roast beef was overcooked. I’m not sure what’s happened over the last couple years but to pay $14 for a sandwich in the drink and for the ingredients not to be fresh is such a disappointment. Come on Jimmy John’s step up your game!

Attempted to order delivery – almost an hour passes with no update on the website or estimated time for delivery. I call to ask where the order is, they say they called to tell me it was late (no record of that on my phone) and it would be there “soon”; before I could ask how long “soon” was, they hung up. 1.5 passes, I call back to tell them to cancel the order – they don’t even confirm which one to cancel (which to me means they knew the food hadn’t even been made or sent out for delivery) and hung up.

zero stars is possible. i ordered online a turkey tom that comes with lettuce tomato turkey and mayo. i added pickles, oregano, onions and paid extra for bacon. the guy made it right in front of me and who ever packed the bag put the wrong sandwich in and there was no one else in line.

Last time I ordered from JJ the order was missing side items. I wasn’t going to order from them again and decided I should give them a 2nd chance. Ordered my sandwich came completely wrong ham, bacon, etc called and called no one ever answers. I emailed the website said they forwarded it to the store no one EVER contacted me back on either issue. I work hard for my dollars its never okay especially that their store NEVER tried to fix the issue. Complete rip off! No one ever answers the phone either….. Where does this look like roast beef?

I worked at a JJ’s for 6 years and it was never hard to make sure the bread we put out wasn’t rock hard. If it was, we wouldn’t use it. I’ve ordered maybe 20 subs this year from this store and I’ve had 4 where the bread didn’t sound like a door when you knocked on it. I don’t understand how they let it leave the store like that.
