Never have posted a negative review about any establishment, but Jimmy John’s went above and beyond to deserve this one. We ordered with one car ahead of us in the drive thru and almost immediately were paying at the window. After paying I could see they were working on a catering order and nothing else. They proceed to fill 3 large boxes of subs corder ignoring us. At one point somewhere between 10-20 minutes the young employee asked if I had already paid, so I became optimistic that our food was going to be completed. At this point this employee joined the other two in making subs for the catering order, not ours. The line was growing behind us and at no point were we told of the situation. I eventually got their attention through honking and knocking on the window and he explained they needed to fill this order before they could do ours. I drove off without our food as we were already late for a kids sporting event, approximately 30 minutes after placing our order. I called to complain on the way down the road and was told I could talk to their manager but would have to call back later. I did and was told I was credited and that the person waiting for the catering was inside waiting for it so they had to finish it. I imagine that customer has a story to tell of their own. This place cycles through employees and currently have a nice group of clowns operating it.

The Murrysville, PA location is freaky slow. Today they don’t have bread, two months ago, I paid for my food at the drive through while I waited 20 minutes for food. I sat there and watched them make probably over 100 subs while completely ignoring the drive through. Today, no bread, and it’s already been 15 minutes waiting for a chicken wrap. I’m done, which stinks, used to love this place.

#14 add onions and always a smile this place never fails to bring a smile to my husband’s face it’s like watching a child get a lollipop unexpectedly lol! Family pleaser so this equals mom wins dinner every time! Pleasant staff, clean good food and friendly staff equals repeat family customers!

First time customer. Employees were friendly (reason for 3 stars). Sandwich (#15 ) was flavorless tuna salad, the cucumber and tomato were so thinly sliced they could not be picked up from the bread, the bread was unremarkable. The cheese was the only item with a little mild flavor. It wasn’t worth $8+. I wouldn’t pay $2. One ⭐ sandwich.

Stopped to get a giant italian Jimmy John sandwich and was very disappointed!You call that a giant. Hardly no meat, lettuce or tomato after spending 20 dollars and a tip. I think I will stick with Jersey Mike’s up the street. If I wasn’t so darn tired I would have taken it back. Very upset about this little sandwich! The Murrysville location has lost my business there!
