The atmosphere can not be beat. Really nice beachy vibe inside. Outdoor seating with a view of Old St. Augustine, the lighthouse and a nice little bar. We were greeted and instructed how to order. This place would definitely be better if they had a wait staff. The food was ok. Three out of the four of us were not impressed with our food. One person’s food came out a full 10 minutes after the rest. Half of the food was either over seasoned or under seasoned. That being said, I think it’s worth a repeat visit. Everyone has an off night. I had door dash from here a week ago and it was fantastic.

Excellent laid back atmosphere. The decor is excellent for Florida. The staff were young high school kids and did fine just nothing special. The food was outstanding. Enough on the menu that you could eat here multiple times in one week.

Well this little Gem shines brighter than most. Providing a laid back atmosphere and absolutely unbelievable food you will be pleasantly surprised by each and every bite. The menu centers around their famous tacos with cultural flare from the Hawaii islands. The sauces are hand made in house and offer a tasty variety from exotic to spicy depending on the dish. We had the pleasure of having Kimmy as our mixologist and wow what a fun and entertaining experience. She was super friendly, attentive and really helped with navigating the menu. Kimmy also made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire experience from refills on water to boxes for taking our wonderful treasures with us. It was an overall fabulous experience and Kimmy was quite possible the best bartender I’ve ever seen. 5stars for both the place and the bartender !

We were happy to try out the new place! We have never been to a Jimmy Hula’s, so we had no idea of the concept or any ideas about the food. I thought we were going to have wait staff serving us, so we hesitated for a moment upon entering. I am so glad we made the choice to stay! The food was delicious and fresh, the service was fantastic, and the view was spectacular on the outdoor patio. Although it was hot outside, the patio seating was great due to the fans and the breeze coming off the water. I had the delicious Primo fish sandwich and my husband had the Aloha burger. The fish sandwich was absolutely delicious and had just a bit of a kick from the Cajun seasoning —I’m not a fan of spicy, so this was perfect. We will definitely come back with our guests when they visit! Great job!!

I’ve passed by this place a few times and never stopped in, but I’m glad I did today! The hostess was very informative and made ordering simple. You get to sit wherever you like and of course I chose outside! Great views, and the food was fresh and tasty.

Such a cute concept and location, but very disappointing service. Though the food is delicious, it can take up to 45 minutes to get a simple Street taco. Additionally, rather than bringing all the food to each party it’s given out piecemeal and seemingly randomly. My family and I have eaten here twice in the hopes that the first experience was a fluke. However, we were disappointed to realize it’s the norm. Both times we ate at the restaurant, it was busy but not slammed, and we could see we were not the only ones having a terrible time. The problem stems from the kitchen and the poor management. My husband and I have both worked in food service for years, and can tell when food is not being expedited properly. We saw multiple tables wait up to an hour for their food while other members of their party had completed their entire meal. One family in particular specifically stated that they wanted their children’s food as quickly as possible because they were quite young. Both mom and dad’s food came out first and though they waited for another fifteen minutes, the kids tacos didn’t arrive. We had arrived after them and our food started coming out before they had received their kids simple plain tacos that should not take more than ten minutes to prepare. We had the same problem with our order: one dish of our party of five arrived. Then food for people who arrived after us were served. Then our appetizer came. It was another fifteen minutes before two more dishes arrived. First person had finished eating. Last two dishes didn’t come out until we went back to the counter and asked after them. Twice. We will not be back.

Great food, atmosphere, and people with plenty of spacious parking. We visited as a group of 6 with 4 dogs. There’s an outdoor covered patio near the river that offers a great view but we decided to dine indoors. We went inside and the friendly staff explained that it’s a fast casual restaurant where you order at the counter and they will bring the food out but no real service (which is completely fine). We were able to order our food with ease and the cashier even helped us by explaining how we can make our meals a combo to come with drinks and dips. Everyone’s order was accurate and delicious! We enjoyed the casual and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a solid place to eat with a nice environment!!

The view, food, and service was absolutely amazing. We sat at the bar and the bartenders made the most awesome margaritas. Try the chicken nachos…it is so freaking gooood! To top it off, the owners came around and connected with all the guests.
