Excellent customer service but my shrimp burrito was lacking some flavor. Portion size for a small was Excellent, it was busting through the tortilla. I asked for ez on the rice but it didn’t look like it. Green salsa also lacking flavor and no spice.

We decided on having some tacos, and were pleasantly surprised. We just missed breakfast…a breakfast burrito would have been awesome. Maybe for next time. My son in law ordered 3 carne asada tacos…plain, no frills. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and 2 chorizo tacos with everything. His came out pretty quick, my too a bit longer. Finally, they arrived, and the waitress apologized for the wait, they had run out of chorizo, and they had to make up a new batch. Let me tell you. The tacos were worth waiting for. Doubled taco tortillas filled with plenty of chicken, topped with lots of cabbage, cilantro, and onions. I was so hungry, I devoured them with lots of red salsa. This has a lot of kick. Many refills of ice tea later. When I got to the chorizo ones…just like home. They use a good quality of chorizo, fried perfectly, right off the grill. Topped off with plenty of salsa, and I luv my salsa. Few minutes later, and another refill, I’m feeling very content. I’m very glad that I waited for these tacos, even if they took a bit longer. I’m already making plans to go there for breakfast, and try a chorizo burrito. If you’re in Kingsburg, and craving some taco truck tacos, come to Jimenez Taco, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy.

Ordered a bomb Al Pastor burrito. I ordered a large and it definitely filled me up. The meat was very well seasoned and the Peruvian beans are really good too. The red salsa was pretty spicy in an awesome way.

Food was ok. They made mistakes on our order. I ordered a combo plate with shredded chicken tacos but they gave me carne asada tacos. My dad ordered a shrimp cocktail and they gave him one shrimp taco. I will try again another day to see if the service is better.

Delicious food!!! We stopped on our way through and it was a great choice! We tried the shedded chicken, shedded beef, asada, chili Verde, and taquitos. Everything tasted great and was reasonably priced. The salsas were great!
