Food looked great at first but after a few bites it was noticable that it was bland. The mac and cheese started to get dry towards the end, the baked beans weren’t really sweet enough to me. The ribs weren’t good at all, I kept running into too much fat and it was salty. The Carolina style pork sauce was really good. I definitely liked the tang of it, but the pulled pork itself was dry and bland. The cheese muffins are awesome though!

I stopped in because I love their brisket. By the time I got to the register and decided on the salad with brisket added, I forgot to ask for lean, and the lady at the register didn’t ask my choice. While waiting for my food, it dawned on me when I heard the guy at the second register ask someone if they wanted marbled or lean.

First time dining in at Jim n nicks – and it was a true treat. The food was great and came out in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the loaded fries as well as the combo plate. Not only was the food good- the service was even better! We had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers- I believe his name was Tim. He came by to check on us while we were dining. Him and my husband struck up a great conversation about the food and how great our experience was. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks for the great food and great service.

So many great things at Jim ‘N Nicks. I always order a combo with beef brisket and pork ribs. Brisket is tender and full of smokey flavor. Ribs are meaty delicious and don’t require sauce. The meats really shine here and one day I’ll try the other options. Have tried baked beans, collards, mac-n-cheese and cheese biscuits and all are fine.

The food was really yummy! The Mac and cheese was super good. Everyone who works here was very kind and helpful. My niece showed off every single present she got for her birthday to one of the staff members who reacted so sweet. It was definitely a good choice!

I normally eat at a specific Jim n Nicks but this location was closer for an office I wanted to send an appreciation lunch to. The staff was very accommodating with helping me get the food ordered and delivered without me ever being present to order or being at the delivery destination. They communicated with me and made sure everyone was satisfied. The food was also delicious from what I was told.

New to the area, and them not being busy really, after ordering, getting drinks, and getting a seat, it took them 40 minutes to bring us our biscuits and appetizer. The tea was pure sugar, our food was warm at best, the cheese on the appetizer wasn’t melted. We ordered two of the same app, they were delivered to the table with different things on them. I’ve paid less money for three times as much meat as I got with my entrée, and the brisket entree was mostly fat. We will not be returning. I paid nearly $70 for 4 people, 2 of which are small children, to eat less than we would’ve gotten anywhere else.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences at Jim n Nicks. Loaded potato came out cold twice. Ordered a salad with double brisket and usually at other locations, the being out one order on the salad and the second on the side. Did not do that and not much brisket was on the salad. Least amount of brisket I’ve ever seen on this salad. Not worth the money. Tried to offer other sides but was not interested

First time here it’s a pleasant surprise. We had the pulled pork sandwich, slaw and onion rings. Five stars is probably just my gratitude for having some good que around here. Will be back for the burger. I’ve heard it’s good. Humble building but clean and nice bathrooms. It’s hard to find but worth it.
