My wife and I were extremely excited to see it open. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and given a menu to review. After placing our order there was outdoor and indoor seating. The restaurant was clean both inside and out. The service maintained throughout our entire meal. The food we ordered was also very good and full of flavor. We shall be back and I would highly recommend trying.

Highly recommend. Ordered delivery. Loaded mac’n’cheese & side of collards. Everything was delicious. The greens were amazing. Other reviews say it’s overpriced, but the portions are generous. I don’t regret a penny spent here! The brisket was tender and the BBQ sauce was perfectly balanced. (The food looks squished & messy in the pic, but that’s bc the delivery person held it sideways.)

Our recent experience has to lower the rating just based on the Take out Service. I am sitting here at the take out area and I’ve already waited 45 minutes along with 10-12 other irritated customers. But there is not much communications. Just an occasional 15 more minutes from them.

I debated mentioning this but it proves my point so here it goes. My girlfriend and I came and ordered some baby back ribs, chicken tenders and a few trimmings and the drive-thru forgot our 2 sides of Mac n cheese. I called and the manager offered to discount our meal fully but I insisted that we were still happy and that only a partial discount would be appropriate. I can’t be mad about something so small when there ribs and everything else is so good! This is the best Jim n nicks I’ve been to yet and there baby back ribs are the best in the state. As long as ribs aren’t missing, I’ll keep coming back!

I couldn’t give service a higher rating because this is a self-service location. You have to make your own drink and refills. The staff may or may not come by to ask if you need any sauces, napkins, to go boxes, etc. The food is amazing though!!! I recommend the ribs and smoked turkey.

Overall it’s okay, unlike other Jim and Nicks this location is more fast food oriented. You don’t have a server/hostess and seat yourself. Food took very long even though we were the only other 2 people in the restaurant. We waited over 15 minutes for pulled pork sandwiches. Food was fresh and good though.
