Great Chinese noodle restaurant, even my 4 year old daughter loved the food! Fresh ingredients and authentic flavor. Service was phenomenal, my baby started to cry and the wait staff graciously offered to pack our meals quickly to go. Will be back again!

The people waiting on tables are extremely pleasant however if you have special dietary restrictions as I do, the food might not be cooked to your liking. Mine definitely was not. There is a language barrier however they tried hard to understand my need for less sodium in my food. I thought they finally understood but clearly they didn’t. My food was swimming in soy sauce. The food was quite good but way too salty for me. No matter. I enjoyed it and will go again. I will try something different and try again for light sodium.

Ordered pickup recently, and it was great! We got the dumplings, bao, brisket noodles and short rib spicy miso ramen. All delicious. Will be ordering again.

****Update: fish filet is kinda boring. Would stick to chicken or beef next time.

Recently dined at the JiBeiChuan in Orange, CT and was blown away by the food so when I discovered that there was a location closer I had to check it out. The food was outstanding, we had the signature fish maw & chicken rice noodle soup, beef stir fry udon, and Taiwanese fried chicken. The soup broth was rich and comforting, noodles perfectly cooked, chicken so tender (fall off the bone, if there were any bone lol), but there were only 2 pieces of fish maw? I’m not familiar with this dish so not sure if this is normal or if it’s served mostly for the broth but regardless there was no fishy/seafood flavor. I can see this spot being super popular in the winter – it was a hot 90 degree summer day we visited and there wasn’t much air flow so be prepared to sweat lol!

The portion is large, the signature fish maw chicken tastes good, and the drink tastes good too.
