Had a very disappointing experience at JibJab. My hot dog was burnt. My bun was bigger than my hot dog. And my bun looks gross..Fries were cold and I was dining in the restaurant with my son…. needless to say we did not eat our food..I think jib jab could use a makeover inside is nasty flies were just flying around and hanging out on the ceiling. Looks like they have not cleaned the air vents in a long time.if you just look up it’s nasty…please bring back the good job jab….won’t be going back anytime soon.

I’m not sure what’s more unacceptable…having to eat out of a paper bag with a fork, or having a disgustingly greasy bag on the seat of my car. And I had to ask for the fork Thanks for the stains, by the way. Shall I send you the cleaning bill? I ordered fries with salt packets. How can you screw up PLAIN FRIES?! Plain! They were over cooked, and tasted like burned cardboard. There was NO potato flavor at all. And I had to come back around for the salt!

Editing my five star review, the new owners are destroying the brand. I found out today after I paid that there is a credit card charge. They try to lie and say it’s their credit card merchant, but this is a fee the restaurant assess. I still came after their massive increase in prices but now got to find a new Hot Dog Shop

This used to be a five star but reduced to 1. I worked here through junior high to college and it was amazing. Good service, clean, high food standards, I just gave it another try at 530 pm on a Wednesday when there used to be lines down the street and every table was full. Now the drive thru line is literally empty and the parking lot only has a few cars.

They said when they took over they wouldn’t mess with the sauce recipe. Well, they did. It’s different. And it’s not bad, it’s just not JibJab sauce. Service at the window was kinda slow but it could have been the car in front of us that obviously ventured outdoors for the first time in 20 years. (they acted as if it was their first time for everything)
