I am extremely dissatisfied with this location. The manager’s lack of customer service experience is glaringly evident. Tonight, I placed an order for pizza over the phone. While I waited in the car, my husband went inside to pick up the pizza. Being a family of five, I handed out slices to everyone before taking one for myself. Upon finally tasting the pizza, it was evident that it had been overcooked.

I have tried them first time based on reviews but it taste like you are having overpriced Pizza hut’s Pizza. Although we haven’t order deep dish but went with garlic crust which didn’t had garlic taste. Extra garlic dip which I got on the sides had terrible taste, not fresh!

The manager at this location is accommodating, and I love coming here for great customer service. One of the employees did not fulfill my request to put the pizza at a later time and made the pizza earlier. When I arrived, the pizza was cold. The manager apologized and made me a new batch with drinks and ranch sauce. My husband and I had to wait a longer time, but it was all worth it. My husband and I will always come back to this location.

Here’s a tip: if I request my pizza well done, that certainly doesn’t mean I want my chocolate chip cookie baked to a crisp. The edges of the cheese were almost black too. Also, the extra marinara sauce that I paid for should’ve been warm. Lastly, ordering online doesn’t allow you to pay by cash in person at pickup. Your competitors allow it…

This was the best pizza I have had from a Jet’s Pizza in Georgia or Florida. A coworker suggested this pizza and I was amazed at the flavor, how perfectly cooked it was, the cheesy goodness… Wowzer… I had to order again for my children! Thank you Jeremy and his team for great pizza two times in one day.
