Jets Pizza is a Detroit Style pizza place new to the Wheat Ridge neighborhood. We most definitely needed a decent pizza joint over here since there is not even a Pizza Hut or Domino’s close by in the area. There is a Little Caesars on 38th just on the other side of Wadsworth, but we all know they are basically the K-Mart of pizza in the pizza industry.

So disappointed. We love Jet’s so much but last night we found 2 black hairs in our pizza. That’s disgusting and so disappointing. We ate half of the pizza before finding them embedded in the pizza. Do better. Wear hair nets or something.

Ordered a detroit style large yesterday. It took awhile bc they only had one driver, but it was delicious. Crispy crust with plenty of cheese. Definitely will order again. I will p/u next time . . . they charge $4.25 for delivery plus the tip . . .it gets pricey.

The pizza is good. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. They’re basically incompetent and don’t know how to manage the operation or communicate with customers. Three different customers stood there waiting for their pizzas each for five minutes or longer when the pizza was done and sitting there waiting to give to the customer. The problem was the employees are so stupid they don’t think to call the customers name out. I’ve never seen such incompetence and lack of common sense. Clearly, the ownership has no idea how to train these people or hold them accountable.

Detroit style cooked in a square pan. The crust is thick, crispy, and delicious. I usually don’t like thick crust that much but this is one of my favorites now. I always pick mine up, and then eat at one of the tables outside of 5 guys.

15 minutes late and the delivery driver so lazy she wanted me to meet her at her car and she told me what I should do better next time as the customer. I never had that issue before ordering any food at my business. Pizza always good here, just extremely unprofessional that delivery driver. Unfortunately I will never order from this location again

I’m not a customer but I had a grubhub delivery here today and just wanted to give a big shoutout to all the employees/ workers there. The order I was picking up was a very large order of 15 items. Despite being busy, the workers here (especially Jillian) were very kind and kept apologizing for the wait. I watched a customer that was waiting for their food (with her 4 young children) completely lose it on the workers (because her food was taking longer than expected) and the way the employees handled it and kept working with a smile on their faces was inspiring. You guys are awesome and keep doing you!!
