The customer service at Jet’s is unparalleled. Having recently moved from NYC, we have not found many restaurants here that truly serve the customer, are extremely timely and provide a premium product except for Jet’s pizza. For example: they give you an option to choose from a variety of sauces, that sauce doesn’t come in a throw away, 1oz plastic cup, it comes in a large condiment bottle with their logo on it. Not only was this an A+ in marketing but I was so appreciative of their attention to detail, that they became my #1 food recommendation in conversation. Jet’s, thank you for caring about the consumer, keeping a mom and pop style of operation alive and providing delicious food. We wish you years of success!
