This was the last time I’m ordering this pizza. They forget the turbo crust every time. It’s too bad because when the expectations were met in the past, we’d order at least twice a month. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight with turbo crust, not a drop of garlic butter or crumb of parmesan on either.

I have never been in this location. I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. It was very clean, as well. The employee who waited on me was polite, made me an awesome salad to go, and did an overall great job!

Ordered 70$ (After 20% tip) worth of stuff for delivery including extra sauces. Ive had jets pizza 100 times. The pizza was over cooked and there was hardly any pizza sauce on the pizza. They also forgot the extra sauces. This is unacceptable for something i paid 70$ for. I called them to see if i could get credited back because by the time the sauces got to my from the driver coming back my food would be cold. The lady kept me on hold for a few minutes just to tell me she couldnt credit me back for the sauces. I may have raised my voice a little but the lady had zero chill and told me “if you raise your voice any more im going to hang up”. I said “thats fine we’ll just not order jets pizza anymore”. She said good or something smartalicky. Moneys too tight to pay that much for bad quality. Its been a nice run jets but well not be back.

My experience with the Springfield street location. Worst service I have ever received. Our past experience with delivery was gruesome. 2 hr wait! So tonight my wife ordered pick up hoping to speed up our order. We were told order would be ready to pick up at 530. I sat in the restaurant until 630 for order to be completed. There were At least 8 customers waiting. All were complaining about their wait time. When I finally arrived home we noticed there was part of our order missing. I returned to the store and asked for the manager. I felt sorry for the young lady running the cash register. She did not deserve the attitudes she was experiencing from the upset customers. The “manager” that I spoke to didn’t show any concern that I was upset. I wasn’t looking for a refund, or discount, just an apology. He didn’t care that I was dissatisfied. I will not return to this location. I don’t understand why customers put themselves through so much frustration, trying to get a meal. I’m sure there are other pizza places in town that take pride in the level customer service they provide.
