My ticket didn’t print, so my order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up from Jet’s. The staff working pushed my order to the front (this was also 5pm on a Friday, so they were busy), comped boneless chicken wings for the added wait, and were all around apologetic, and quick in correcting the error. I waited a little longer but still came away with hot, delicious deep dish pizza, and wings (my first time trying Jet’s wings, they were delicious too.) I’ll be back for another good experience and piping, hot pizza from the Maple Grove location. Nicely done to the guys working tonight!

Online deal 18.99 for large speciality pizza. I added extra pizza sauce which is I guess $2 extra. No biggy. However my total was 21.99 plus tax. Shouldn’t it be 20.99 plus tax? I’ve had this problem with the app before. Please fix the app.

It’s usually a great pizza. Our last order was disappointing. The pizza thin crust was doughy, not crisp. The topping was bleeding over the edge. As a rule, any pizza is a good pizza. This was not the worst pizza we’ve had, still not up to the great pizza we usually have from Jets. We will use them again for our delivery.

Absolutely freaking delicious! All meaty detroit-style deep dish! They were awesome as well they delivered right to my semi truck parked on the side of the road next to the I Spine Clinic! Thank you very much Jets!

We love the pizza at Jets, it’s always delicious. Especially the deep dish! However, like many midwestern folks, we like ranch with our pizza and dipping sauce with our bread. I would say about 25% of our delivery orders are missing our sauces, which is really frustrating since we pay extra for them. We’ve tried calling, but it always seems to be young, probably high school age people working who either don’t know what to do or claim they will “make a note in our account” which never seems to stick. We keep ordering because we enjoy the pizza, but Jets please take more care in packing delivery orders to make sure all items are accounted for!!
