Tried Jet’s for a third time this weekend. First time I got pizza from here was over a year ago. Not impressed, too much dough and it was heavy. Second attempt here was much better, light flaky Detroit style and very good. This past weekend, we got another heavy dough, not much sauce and hardy edible pizza. Disappointed. And Jet’s is not a low cost option. I expected better.

Best pizza in town. My coworkers and I order religiously. We have a menu in every desk drawer. Jets has excellent service, and really well priced deals. The lunch deal is perfect and very affordable. Delivery drivers are always kind and go above and beyond. Shout out to the amazing team at jets for always making my day!

Picked up 2 pizzas, drove home to find out our super special pizza had the incorrect toppings. Called Jets to notify of mistake, and they wanted us to bring the pizza back to show proof. I was unable to because Im already home, so they made us text a picture to the manager of pizza and receipt so they could verify what we were saying was true. I’ve ordered from Jets since the original one in West Allis opened and never had this issue. The Waukesha staff were so rude. We asked specifically for no green peppers and it came with them and didn’t receive mushrooms or pepperoni which comes on the specialty pizza. They refused to deliver the pizza, even though we were six minutes from their store. My daughter is pregnant and really wanted this pizza. It really disappoints me. I’ve never had bad luck with my West Allis Jets. From a customer service standpoint they should have offered me a full credit or deliver me the pizza for their mistake. They only offered me a seven dollar credit for a $23 pizza. How did they come to that?

Jet’s pizza is great. This location makes great Jet’s pizza, haven’t had an issue at all with quality. However, I recommend only getting carry out. They use a third party service to do their delivery but they don’t explicitly tell you this when you order through their website.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some dipping sauce here. My 4 corners was delicious- perfectly crispy, with a good amount of toppings and nice and hot, done right when they said. However, my partner has to eat gluten free, and ordered their gluten free crust. They still got very sick from it, and spent the rest of the night in pain. If you have to eat gf for medical reasons, maybe try a different pizza place.

I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment! The gals behind the counter are always courteous and helpful. Never had to wait more than 20mins for a pizza. I recommend my favorite goto, the “Detroit Style” deep dish, the crust is to die for!

while the pizza did taste pretty good at first, the store was kinda crummy and it cost like 20 bucks for a medium pizza. I also started feeling really sick about 30 minutes after I finished eating and I’ve been nauseous for a few hours now.

We’ve been wanting to try this pizza & finally ordered last night. Do not waste your money or your time – an hour wait. I wish I would have taken a picture of the lack of food [portion sizes], the lack of pizza toppings, the total bill for the little bit of food and how dissatisfying it looked [even worse then the taste]. A frozen pizza would have been better – how upsetting. *props for good marinara & ranch dipping sauces, and polite delivery driver* however, we will stick with SAL’S when ordering delivery pizza in Waukesha.
