I received the utmost disrespectful conversation with a general manager. I originally called to verify the ingredients that was on my Italian deli boat not only did the person fail to mention the tomatoes and lettuce I verified if there was supposed to be tomatoes and lettuce and she said yes. and then proceeded to tell me that I should have said that in the first place. I reiterated that I wanted to verify the ingredients on my meal so I’m not crazy and order something I didn’t want. There was no reason for the disrespectful response. pretty much after the dry sarcastic okays and awkward silence, I mean at least a “I apologize for the issue with your order”..whatever anything to show customer service properly.I respectfully told her that she has a lack of concern and customer service but before I finish my sentence I was disconnected. I did call back to talk with a higher up but got the I am the manager and no one else is above me. Wayyy too confident because there’s no authorities. I found it from corporate that this is a franchise. I got nowhere with this location. It was a “well so what moment” from them.

We just ordered a pizza, salad and bottle of jets ranch, when the order arrived the salad and ranch were both missing, $17 worth of food. I called the store to let them know some of the food didn’t arrive and was told that they were out of lettuce so I simply wasn’t getting that $12.50 item I paid for or the ranch either. When I asked about a refund then I was told they couldn’t offer one which is just unacceptable when I never even got the food because they were out of ingredients. Instead I have to call in for my future order and just tell them my name so I can get $15 off. I don’t want a coupon for a future purchase, I simply don’t want to pay for food I never got. The pizza is good, but you can’t even trust the food to show up.

Ordered two pizza to be well done, neither of them were done at all. Piles of thick cold cheese. Also, at pick up the person handling the food kept touch his clothes without gloves or washing his hands. Definitely wouldn’t be surprised if someone gets food poisoning from this place. I had to put my pizza in a air fryer ( a couple of pieces at a time) to get it done. I’ve been order at this place for years but it seems like it doesn’t matter which location you order from, because they are all struggling bad.

Even after having a not so good experience, everyone I dealt with with was more than apologetic! It’s a service business and stuff happens but they made it up to me and it’s still in my opinion some of the best pizza in town!! I will look forward to my next order. You guys are great!

We will not order from the Brookfield location again. We ordered 2 large pizzas at 6 pm on a Friday, it was supposed to be here in an hour. We waited for an hour and a half and called to check on the status. We were told our order was voided with no explanation as to why. They offered to refund our money (about $50) and redo the order until we told them we would be paying in cash… Then they offered us a cookie or $10 off our next order.. Not dealing with this again.

Pizza 20 minutes late (pick-up) and still underbaked without turbo crust. Minimal burnt cheese edges, which is the whole point of the 8 corner pizza. There also seems to be less pepperoni. This location is regularly behind. I thought a Monday night would be better, but I guess not. 2 stars because I like Jets in general and they have previously made up for a really late pizza by refunding it.

If I could give negative stars I would. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. No manager on duty, was overcharged for multiple items, and meat on pizza was inedible and chewy. Called back and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager a day later and they said they would credit 20.00 to a future purchase based on my phone number. Called back and credit and manager name didn’t exist. Don’t go and waste your money!

The deliver guy had trash fall out of his car when he got out… there was trash at his feet by the gas and brake pedals and in the passenger seat. He said I had to sign a receipt and couldn’t find it. It was a disgusting delivery experience and the pizza tasted like rubber. Disgusting pizza. First time in Milwaukee and we wanted to try something different and we are now regretting it.

No complaints with pizza, but with the text-to-order system. I ordered a large amount of pizza for my sons birthday party, via text to order. I called the store after the order was confirmed. I was read back order and was told all was good.
