Called the store and was directed to the JetBot. It offered a deal that then it did not calculate correctly with the total after I gave my order. It directed me to the store, who said they did not have this offer and would not honor it (mind, I had called that store originally). They went on to say that they contracted out their service to a third party and will not honor any deals the JetBot offers on their behalf. Some serious wires are crossed and no one is willing to take accountability.

I have ordered from here at least 5 times now over the last 6 months. Correct order and on time delivery everytime. Food is typical jets quality. In other words, good.

Ordered online at 4:00pm for a 6:00pm home delivery. Called at 6:30pm to check on the delivery and the staff member let me know that they were down a driver and it would be another 30 minutes for our delivery. I asked if our pizzas had already been made and he said yup. I asked if it was just sitting there and he said yup. We did get our pizzas delivered at 7:00 after delivery I check the bill and the pizzas had been out of the oven fo 1 1/2 hours before they hit our house. Each person in the family ate 1 piece of pizza and that was it. Who likes eating pizza flavored cardboard. I paid over $50.00 for three slices of cardboard cold pizza. I did tip the driver well due to snow and him not being at fault. I believe with this situation they should have remade my order and loose $5.00 worth of product. Instead they chose to hold it for over an hour. I would rather do business with stores that value customer service over profit. Jets staff if you want to check on my facts the online order number is #11003 placed on 01/06/2022.

I have had food from the Jet’s many times because a family member likes Jets. I don’t, and here is why. When you order pizza from this Jets online it always gives you an estimate of about 35 minutes before the pizza will be ready. So I actually get there within about 20 minutes because I want to get the pizza when its’ hot–and it is still cold. Every time!!!. I really don’t know how they cook the pizza so fast and then somehow manage to serve it cold. They really seem to have some system that defies the laws of physics. But regardless, if you arrive at the estimated time, your pizza is most likely going to be cold. If you want hot pizza, you need to arrive about 10 minutes after you order. Maybe order from the car when in route? I’m totally serious.

Good pizza, but terrible service from the kids working there on 5/10/2019 at 9:30 pm. Walked in and ordered 2 slices. Was told 5 minutes, because a group just ordered a bunch. No problem, I understand that. Group got theirs, ate and left. After 25 minutes, I still had nothing.

Ordered two pies tonight on a Friday. We were told that it would take 45 minutes. It’s been an hour and 15 minutes without any pizza delivered yet. I called twice. The manager told me I could get a $5 credit next time we called. When I asked he cover the next order in full, he could not meet that request. This was a top three worst experience for my family and I. We will no longer give our business to this location. Our driver won’t be getting a tip, except maybe to go work somewhere else. Hope things can change for good.

While nothing replaces home cooked pizza, this place does a very good job. Thick or thin, they do well. Their failing, like many pizzerias, is that they often don’t put as many ingredients on as they should and/or they put too much cheese (yes, that is possible) on. Otherwise, the favor is good, it is almost always ready when you go to pick it us and delivery is on time. We use them a lot and have only been disappointed a couple of times.
