I’ve stopped in to Jet’s in Zeeland countless times to grab a couple of slices, but finally just ordered a large make-my-own pizza. Got the round hand-tossed crust. Wow. I won’t go back to my usual places. This pie was substantial! It was noticeably heavy in my hands. I ordered extra mushrooms, and they did not disappoint! Definitely got my money’s worth, will be back again.

I placed an order online for in store pickup. When I went to the location there was a computer glitch that didn’t push through our order so it wasn’t ready, to no fault of the employees. The (presumed) manager on duty took care of it right away, apologized profusely and comped without hesitation correcting the situation. The food was decent but the customer service was above and beyond!

Ordered a delivery. Got a call back that they won’t deliver to this area because of an incident in the area. It wasn’t me! Three and a half miles away and refused to deliver. The one in Holland refused delivery because this one is closer. Gal on phone was snotty about it too.
