Each location is different. Each side of town has different management. One location could sell you old slices (not this one) and another could have slices that will get you coming back for more. It all comes down to who’s running the place. Each side of town has their own personalities so the service will vary. But they all have one thing in common: great food.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any Jet’s Pizza. However, this time, it seemed like my lunch special pepperoni slices had been sitting out for an hour. They were nowhere near hot or fresh. I’m chalking this up to an off day or something. Usually everything is great.

I have been going to this jets for the last 2-3 years as it is 5 minutes from my house I typically pick my order up as delivery can be quite long today my bf had it delivered because I had the car and he did not it had been well over an hour when he got the food from the driver it was not hot at all she stated to him that she had 3 delivery’s in front of ours if it take 5 min by car not even to get from our house to jets I’m not sure why our delivery was not prioritized after my bf spoke to mike the GM I had to call him to ask if we could just get a refund because he now would be going on 2 hours waiting on food he proceeded to tell me that I would either get what they remake for us or nothing at all at this point mike was very argumentative stating he could not guarantee us hot food he was very rude to me and I asked who was above him he stated no one and then said fuxk you I dont believe he is the GM just by the way he was treating me he then told me to fuxk off and hung up in my face he stated to my bf that he was black listing us and that we where problem customers even tho we never had an issue with anyone there everyone there was always pretty nice

I’m traveling for work and never had “Detroit” Style pizza. I had high expectations but was disappointed. Was the pizza good? Absolutely! But it wasn’t anything different than I could get in Kansas. Delivery was on time. No complaints other than I could get the same thing from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.

Like so many other Jets Pizzas, this place was clean, organized, and over all friendly. Once again I can’t begin to tell you how much I hated the autobot. I couldn’t figure out how to pass it. An once again upon arrival the staff wasn’t bogged down like it was saying. When I asked about how busy they were, they had to look at the one order in hot box. Not how many orders they had to fill. Or who might of been on phone taking the next order. So yeah, That autobot is worthless. The staff didn’t say a thing about autobot, just listen to me vent. An I don’t mean in a laughing way, or in a agreeing way. She just smiled like. I don’t know what to say, so as long as he don’t get loud i’ll just play off his attitude. Like a flirt almost. She could have defended the stores choices, but instead she just remained neutral. I even ended up sharing candy I bought from Aldis, while waiting for order to be cooked. . After I left eating in my car passenger, I exclaimed that my pizza tasted like more. So yummy. So once again Jet’s has earned my praise. So If the management of Jet’s is reading this, Hats off to my overall experience.

I called this location at 8:37pm to place an order. I’ve been on hold for 29 mins….. the online website says it’s open till 10 pm. In the 29 mins I was on hold, I drove to the location. I physically witnessed you 2 just walking around, talking and laughing. Not doing anything at all.

Pizza tasted great, surprised by how small the Large was it and the 2liter of Root Beer was 26$. Nice delivery guy and came within 45-1hr projected time BUT Very disappointed that whoever put the order together did not add plates or napkins and cups for the root beer as requested. Kind of hard to eat at the pool and we weren’t going to share the root beer from the bottle. Disappointed!
