I placed an order for boneless wing and they gave me bone in wings. I called and said I wanted them remade and I would bring the old ones back it (to show that I didn’t just want free food). The lady said they would remake them right away but when I got there they hadn’t even started them and blamed us. They made us wait 20 minutes and our other pizza we ordered got cold. Terrible customer service as a person who works in customer service. manager was Dan.

They forgot to make one of the pizzas and were going to leave the one laying on the counter until I requested them to put it in the warmer. Waited a long time but they were busy. They should have made the first one over along with the second but not offered. They seemed annoyed with us.

I had Jets last night and it was SO GOOD as usual. A little pricier than I remember but it was worth it. They said 50 min but was delivered in about 25 min. I ordered a bacon deep dish.

Paid 5.80 for 2 slices and they were not Jets quality by far. Not the size, thickness, gooey cheese none of what I grew up on. Dominoes has a whole pizza for $7. This I’ll go there they are still a great value. BYE JETS

To the staff at Jets Pizza Gull Road Tonight, Pizza was not the best I have had, Jet 10 Detroit Style.. I however am a fan of Jets Pizza!! I would like to thank all employees that were present tonight, all were working with smiles and a good attitude!! Times are tuff and everyone is shorthanded.. I am Right there with you..
