Pick up experience was quick and friendly. Detroit-style pizza was okay, the best part being the crispy-cheesy edges but a bit doughy in the middle.

They screwed up my order. I called and talked with a manager named. Josh told him I was not happy. He starts yelling at me over the phone. i’ve been doing customer service for 25 years If one of my managers or employees yelled at a customer over the phone, they would be. Fired or disciplined. I will not go back to this place. Hopefully I will get a hold of this Bronson guy on Monday.

Called ahead and ordered a pizza for pickup. Was totally shorted on the toppings. Had to wait 10 minutes for a bottle of ranch. Was asked to leave a tip.

I’ve never been treated so rudely by a service industry worker in my life. I asked for a recommendation and he basically told me he doesn’t know what I want so he can’t help. When giving my delivery info, he asked me to repeat what I said several times. I figured I had bad cell service so I changed locations in my house and asked if he could hear me better. His response was, “it’s not your phone – you’re mumbling.” Hopefully this person doesn’t treat people with disabilities or speach impediments this way normally. I was in disbelief at how rude and condescending he was the entire time.

This place is the most expensive he’s iv ever had.. $28 for a pizza with pepperoni, ham, and bacon.. holy smokes, I probably would’ve canceled it if they told me a price on the phone when I ordered

I love the pizza! The problem was the service at this location. Placed an order for pickup for my company. Picked up the pizza, and was treated like I was not there. Asked for plates and silverware because it was a larger order, and they were just dropped on my pizza box as the employee just walked away. No thank you, no nothing.
