Picked up 2 pizzas and a salad. Both Pizzas were very burnt. The salsa was good but it’s pretty hard to mess up a salad. When you pay $50 for pizza and gave them a tip even though I picked it up from the store. I expect it to be cooked right. They also do not answer the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So Me and my husband had order from jets pizza place and this is what we got to back from this horrible place our pizzas was torn apart and looks like some one ran there fingers though it and also charged us way over the price for it. And the bread sticks were very holy looks like some one ate the middle of the bread and didn’t care. And also our time were we got told was very late on getting back to us . Our pizza was very hard and cold and horrible and disappointed at the hole thing, they charged us way to much it was supposed to be $35 ans it endure way more then we got told!!!! They messed up our order bad burnt our pizza . We tried to call them back to get our money back but they don’t answer!! They are crooks and bad pizza.

This is the worst Jets location I’ve ever been to, Service was horrible. My pizza was over 2 hours late, and instead of being apologetic. They were extremly rude and lied to me several times over the phone about if my pizza had even left their doors yet. The least they could’ve done was still sent the pizza after i wanted over 2 hours with no calls back letting me know they were out of 8 corners. So i switched to a large. whatever. However they continued to lie about if the pizza had started to be delivered or not. Morale of the story, terrible location with no organization or management. Rude workers, and you probably won’t even end up with your pizza.

I called saying I had a problem with an order that was made and immediately they hung up. I recalled and got sent straight to voicemail. My Girlfriend then called because her number isn’t connected to a jets account. She gave them my number and explained how they burnt and overcooked the food. The guy then says the pizza goes on a conveyor belt and we just don’t like their pizza and they hung up before she can even ask for a remake or a refund. I don’t know who the guy was, but horrible custom service and just extremely rude. Never had a problem with my food from here, I will not be ordering from this place anytime soon.

I order from here, no joke, like once a week. As soon as the boxes are taken by recycling, I’m adding another. The service is always kind and quick and I’ve never had an order be wrong. The deep dish bread is heaven alongside a deep dish pizza! Love this Detroit favorite!

Ordered delivery for a work function, set for 12:30 delivery. After 15 minutes past delivery time, I called the store to ask about the delivery and was told another 15 minutes. Person answering the phone was a bit rude and didn’t offer any explanations as to why it was delayed. The pizza eventually arrived, almost 45 minutes later than the time selected. Worst part is, you have to tip online before the delivery, so they received a nice 20% tip ($16) for being late. Service not great, but at least the pizza was good.

I had a situation with the cedar st not being open when I had a pickup (9:15pm pickup and placed the order at 8:15pm on a Tuesday). The frandor location apologized on their behalf when I called them to inquire about the cedar store situation. They offered to make my pizza and help with the problem that technically wasn’t theirs. My pizza and stixs were ready in 15mins and they were so helpful and positive even though they were closing in 15mins. Pizza was delicious too. Thanks guys!

Really been craving a deep dish pizza and was excited to place an order with Jets. Went to the website at 9p and it said to call the store. I called the store 3 times and the voicemail kept coming on. So I guess they didn’t want my business. Went to Hungry Howies on E Lake Lansing instead and it was delicious and reasonably priced!
