We got a welcome to the neighborhood package and it came with a free large pizza coupon. They knocked it out of the park! 10/10 it was perfectly crispy and it had the perfect amount of sauce! We got a deep dish pineapple pizza.

We hadn’t been to Jet’s in a while, now we know why, we ordered the BLT, first couldn’t find much bacon on it, there was very little mayo on it and the lettuce was in big chunks just dumped in the middle of the pizza with the tomatoes. Best thing about this pizza; THE CRUST.. next time it’s back to Main Street Pizza, the best BLT Pizza

Yesterday wanted Greek salad and Buffalo wings. They didn’t have Greek dressing or Buffalo sauce. Settled for substitutes. Wings and pizza were under cooked. Salad was terrible, couldn’t eat it! Wilted lettuce, spoiled tomatoes. Food was not good. This place really gone down hill. When you pay $50 for a meal. Very disappointed and what a waste of money! Will not be back

Called order in, waited 45 minutes to pick up. And we got there they had not even started it yet. The lobby was packed with people. And I saw no pizzas leaving. We cancel our order and left. We waited an hour for a 4 corner pizza 1 topping and bread sticks, before we left when it was not even started. The employees seemed at a loss. Or overwhelmed.

I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza which has bacon on it. The majority of the bacon was all the fat. The picture below shows the fat from one slice of pizza. In addition, the pizza was burnt black around all of the edges and there was barely any barbecue sauce on it. I certainly could not taste it. It was very disappointing. I will not be going there again.

2nd time we have waited over 2 hours for pizza no discount either incompetent delivery drivers they are blaming it on !! Get your act together jets !!!

Delivery driver wasn’t given proper directions from his manager even tho I explained how to get to my home. I paid a premium Delivery Fee because “they don’t Deliver to me” and they still showed up with cold food. The BLT I ordered had no mayo on it and the lettuce was so soggy and brown. Disgusting!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my pizza at 635 online which said it would be ready at 651 for pickup. Get there at 651 l, it’s not ready and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Come back at 705, still not ready and was told it would be 2 more minutes by the man. At 721 still don’t have my pizza and have to leave to get my kid from practice. Return at 730 and my pizza still isn’t ready. At 734 she finally brings it out. Add in the fact the man working there is carrying pizza trays with dough in them while sticking his chin to balance them. He has a beard that is now touching people’s dough. I just threw my pizza away, the health department needs to visit here as they touches numerous things including the registers and never washed their hands before going and touching the food with no gloves!!

Used to love this jets. Actually worked here as a teenager delivering pizzas (about 15 years ago now!) Jets 8 corner pizza has always been my favorite pizza. This jets specifically used to be great. Since I’ve moved back to Owosso (3ish months ago) both times ordering from this jets was a poor experience. 1st time I did a “text order delivery” bc their website was pushing the service and offering 15% off. Automated text confirming delivery was nowhere even close to what I ordered. Then I called to fix it and the guy on the phone took 15 minutes to type in 1 large pizza and 1 breadstick, seemed very confused on the phone. Ordered again last week, this time just a small 4 corner 2 topping w Cajun Crust extra Cajun. $16 for 4 pieces of pizza first of all is pretty outrageous. Then I got there to pick it up, the Crust wasn’t flavored with Cajun. Actually wasn’t flavored at all. I went back in after eating the 1st piece and realizing this. Told the girl working at the register. She had me hold on while she grabbed a “manager”? The manager seemed very confused *this was not some kind of special order, they literally offer this option for Cajun Crust when you order online or over telephone*. She asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her, I just want my pizza with Cajun Crust how I ordered jt. She then asked if I wanted her to sprinkle Cajun on the Crust. I asked “idk, is that how you guys do it when someone orders it?”. She replied, no, we bake it on. I said ok, then no, I want it however it is when you guys do it for an order. She then said it’d take 40 mins for a new pizza. There wasn’t one single customer in the store, phone didn’t ring once, and not 1 pizza going thru the oven. I then told her, I guess if you have liquid butter, put a little in a cup, pour heavy Cajun in that, brush it on the Crust and send it through the oven for a couple minutes. She did that and jt was fine. The lady was nice. It was a training/wrong fit for position issue. The restaurant looked terribly run down and gloomy since I’d been there years ago. If the owners of this jets see this review- I highly suggest you make quick changes and make em immediately or this will be another empty space in the complex its in within the next year or two if quality, cleanliness of facility, and employee knowledge and professionalism doesn’t change.
