I ordered 3 Calzones 3 and 3 salads for $81 and there was veryyyy little toppings on each one..One of them had No items in about 1/4 of the calzone..boxes was veryyy great got on my work shirt…Calzones wasn’t labeled

Can’t believe it. I have been buying and enjoying Jets pizza for years. I just called got their “bot” after 4 minutes of wasting my time as the AI kept asking me over &over if I wanted pickup or delivery I hung up called back got a human. In the past I would always order a large thin crust mushroom and ham but asked about the price of a small, told over $18 !! for only 4 slices. Guess I will have to find a more reasonable pizza. I can get a large dlx pizza at Sam’s club for around $9.00

Food was prepared just as requested. Service was very nice. Atmosphere, it lacks. But your not supposed to be hanging out at lobby. I didn’t take a picture of the Jet 10, I took a picture of my car’s reflection in business next door!

Pizza was nearly raw on the top! There was barely any cheese on my Cheese only pizza. The pizza literally fell apart trying to get it out of the box. There was nearly twice as much sauce on some pieces as others. I made it clear to NICK that I drove from Fenton to try good pizza (as I used to get pizza here all the time). Our Fenton area Jet’s is not good at all – as the owner constantly burns orders and yells at staff in public. This location seemed nicer as the person taking the order appeared nice. I told him that I drove all the way to their location nearly 30 minutes from me to have some good pizza. I get home to open the pizza for my family, and the top of the pizza was RAW! The top of the pizza is raw and sloppy. I called the manager and asked what could be done as I just drove 25 minutes to get this food. Then I had to drive it home. So, round trip nearly an hour with traffic to get an expansive disappointment. I didn’t make it personal, but the manager DID make it personal. He stated that he knew I would have problems because I had problems at the Fenton location. WHAT? I had problems with my location in town because it’s bad management. I obviously wanted to have good pizza, or I wouldn’t have went there in the first place. That said…I asked the manager for a refund, he said, no! I only asked for the refund on the raw pizza. Not reasonable at all. I never got personal at all, but NICK did with me. I will be calling their corporate as well over this one. This is bad business all around!!! Avoid high priced, raw food, and lack of care. The guy has an ego, “I make hundreds of pizzas all the time.” He also said he knew he would have a problem with me on the phone….like he did this on purpose! He said he thought it was funny to him too!

If you don’t mind being on hold for 27 minutes…. Great…. If you drive to store while on hold to see them playing around and you still don’t mind…. If you walk in and order your pizza while still on hold and don’t mind…. Great! If you then sink your teeth into your still doughy pizza crust and don’t mind…. Then order here.,…

I’m only giving 1 star so I can write a review. So, I tried the new “text to order” tonight. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Jetts never received the order but my vard was charged 42 dollars. I called the store and the person who I talked to put the manager on. His name is Jim. When I explained the situation to him and asked if I showed him all of the order confirmations and the debit out of my account if he could still make the order. He said that it wasn’t his problem and there was nothing he could do about it.
