It was the first time I ever ordered from jets I will never go anywhere else you get what you pay for. I did a text order and it came out wrong but the manager Josh did the right thing and actually just gave me the pizza because of a mistake. That’s as stand up as could ever be in my eyes. And I believe it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken Bar b q pizza and cheese sticks. Originally I ordered the thin crust but got the deep dish. Regardless it was hot and delicious!!! I’ll never order anywhere else. Also it was very clean in the store. Thank you josh!!!!

We used to live in Walled Lake and this was our GO-TO for pizza. We moved from Walled Lake to West Bloomfield and the website always directs us to Union Lake location. It is literally impossible to order from them and continually get directed to doordash. Tonight we were denied (AGAIN) ordering online from the union Lake store so I went old-school and called the Walled Lake location. It was right before close but the manager was fantastic and set us up for delivery anyway. We had a mix-up on the size of the pizza and he caught it called personally and resolved quickly without us even calling or saying a word. This location is top-notch customer service. Jet’s Corporate needs to get the other locations up to speed – Thanks Joe! We will be ordering from your store every time!

Not only was the order wrong, but when my wife politely called to ask them to deliver the correct order, the lady ARGUED with my wife. We order once per week, the same order EVERY WEEK. Then the manager doesn’t bother to apologize either. Definitely lost our business after 5 years. Ridiculously rude! Avoid this Jets! Learn customer service, doubt.u will stay in business… certainly hope not.
