Pizza is always good but kinda disappointed in my experience today. Pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7:02PM …I called at 7:03PM letting then know my Pizza was late. Sounded like it hadn’t even left and I am assuming sitting there getting cold. Showed up at 7:10PM, Pizza was colder than usual basically my suspicion was right. Driver was good, no issues there. The excuse was that someone’s car broke down….I sorry but that’s an easy one to go to. Just wish that the kids there would own up to it over the phone instead of brushing it off as no biggie. My 2 yr old was hungry and yes…8 minutes is a big deal to a 2 yr old. Also I ordered it right around 6 PM and I live not even a mile away.

Went to pick up my pizza at 925 and he told me that it wasn’t looking good because it’s been sitting in the warmer for too long and that they closed 40 minutes ago. I told him that I ordered it 30 minutes ago and it showed online that you closed at 10 PM. He says Sorry better luck next time. Horrible service

Good food, Good prices, just don’t like that they park the delivery vehicle in the customer’s 15 minute or less spot. Had the spots filled with their cars so customers had to walk further.

Pizza was hot but the chicken on my bbq chicken pizza was warm and not up to safe eatting temps. The bread was soft and not crispy at all. They dis make the delicery time they pro.ised and employee was nice.

I moved back to Waterford/Commerce area after moving away for 15 years, I was skeptical of trying this Jets because so many bad reviews! Well let me tell you last night I ordered a small super special and it turned out to be the BEST PIZZA i have ever had in my 42 years of existence. Unbelievable taste and the toppings were perfectly arranged. I will definitely be back. No other pizza place could top the pizza i had last night! Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!
