In 1978, Jet’s Pizza® founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s® location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s®.

Come on its Jets. Flying high over all the competition. Hands down Jets is my go to. Well… that’s no longer valid. Quality has taken a nose dive. Freshly opened box after delivery and what a disappointment. I think they ran out of fuel and just trying not to crash.

They are not that customer friendly but the food is good and the orders are made on time. Just don’t expect anyone to greet you when you walk in the door. Cash and carry, that’s it. Pay for your food and leave.

Always hot and fresh. We are at Revive Medical Spa and are close to this Jets. The food is consistently hot, fast and good. I recommend this Jets!

The worst Jetz ever! They constantly hang up on customers. Always get orders wrong rather you have them deliver or pick it up. Not apologetic at all. Will take have of an order, put you on hold and forget you are there. And they close earlier that they are supposed to. And I mean an hour before. The rudeness is unacceptable Haggerty location is . Very Ghetto!

It’s a surprise when a slammed pizza place with a now hiring sign outside the door can still make the best tasting, perfectly cooked pizza. Every time I’ve gotten carryout from here since the pandemic started they have been super busy but the quality never suffered. I even will say the quality has improved.

No curbside p/u pizza was late trying to avoid exposure due to covid kept coming in When they said it would be ready it wasn’t I kept having to come in other customers coming by me I really wasn’t pleased. They had the whole employee area surrounded by glass but seem to have no concern about the customer’s exposure. When the pizza was late they could have made a little effort to call me in my car when it was ready bring it out.As usual the pizza was incredible. They got 1 star for customer service 5 for Great Pizza

Dummies running the show called and asked if there were any specials on a 1 topping large and this guy said no it’s 19.99 in the most dreadful monotone voice and nothing else lmao good way to retain customers when Cottage Inn is right across the street with competent workers. Management is horrible they need to fire some people because this is unacceptable especially in WB
