15 & Schoenherr jets is terrible. Terrible service, not quality jets pizza and prices are all over the place. The most annoying is their text and phone bot for 15% discounts don’t work at this store. I’ve tried multiple times and days. So I get mine now at cloverleaf.

The quality of service at this location has gone downhill. Ordered a fairly decent order right after Christmas – had to repeat my credit card number several times until the person got it right. Then the delivery was taking a lot longer than quoted to me (and we only live a mile from the store) and I called to check on it. Got a guy on the phone who only responded with “yep” – this happened 4 times. This guy needs training in customer service. Very rude. By the way, he never spoke another word, just “yep”. Really?
