Be careful ordering online.. any mistakes the website makes they WILL NOT fix! They do not know how to take care of customers. With franchises, they will only help you if they want to.. beware of discrimination, dishonesty, and disrespect. Will never be back to Jets. Too overpriced to be treated so unfairly. Unacceptable. This Jets location is so horribly mismanaged it’s not funny. Trying to get a delivery is a hit or miss. They either stop delivering hours earlier than they close or do not have a driver at all. Also the customer service on the order takers is ridiculous. For being the priciest pizza chain around customers deserve better service.

I would give the pizza 5 …all the way!!! I am a frequent customer. Althou I am more then frustrated that for well over a year I have told west rd. That the app. Does not work for my phone. A normal at &t android. I also was never told about the rewards program. I seen it on a table this last week. I could of gotten a couple free pizzas by now…..i mention it. Well I did the scan of barcode to belong to rewards…..to add to my frustration. It did not want to finish up the final phase…..a waste of time for me……….very very irritating. Time to call corporate.

You know how places sit there and tell you you’re not gonna be charged twice?!? Well where I work at Cottage Inn we actually mean that! I went here last week for my mom because they have cauliflower crust pizza that she likes. They told me the Internet was messing up. So they told me they’d have to charge me again and it would fall off and then call them if it doesn’t. No I used to like jets until I worked there last year and found out that as an employee you only get 25% off but customers can text order and get 20% off so they don’t even treat their employees that well! And now I’m not getting a double charge they’re gonna put it as a store credit. I didn’t ask to eat there because I don’t like the way they treat their employees even if their food is good!

The general manager here hates on bigger people for absolutely no reason. She won’t fully show/say it, but the micro-aggressions say it all. Everybody else is as sweet as pie though & I loved working with them!

I live out in garden city and when I want jets pizza I will LITERALLY drive all the way to this location. Like first of all, the food is ALWAYS on point. Like 10/10 make you drop your grandma on the floor delicious. Then the workers? Don’t even get me started. Where did y’all find these people? They’re all so KIND! Went all the way outta their way to make sure my experience was better than warm apple pie on a Sunday afternoon after church.
