I stopped ordering from here 1 1/2 years ago because of the terrible service, but went back tonight because I loved their Antipasto salad. Walked in, ordered the salad (they were out of ham) Italian dressing, and order of bread sticks with Blu Cheese dipping sauce. When I opened the order everything but the salad was missing. When I called they informed me that it would be 45 minutes for the 3 missing items. I said “no thank you “ but will never touch this franchise again!

I have ordered from here twice, the first time we spent $80 for the order to be I’ve an hour and a half late with no call or text about status, the order was then wrong so we had to wait additional time for the order. On Easter the store did not change hours online or disable online ordering when they were closed, which it is fine to close on a holiday to give staff a break l, but we were waiting 2hours for an order we were able to place online but come to find out wouldn’t receive. Jets makes the best deep dish by far but unfortunately I do not see myself ordering for here again

We stopped ordering from here a few years ago because they could never get the order right or it took forever. We decided to give it another try today. I ordered for pickup. 45 min wait and they got my order wrong. I guess something’s never change.

Jets is always 4 stars.. never 5, rarely 3. Better than most, they just dont have enough to get to the 5th star. Whether it the sometimes underbaked dough, or the lack of grease filled pepperoni.. we need to encourage the 5th star. Ive been going to Jets since the early 90s. Ill keep giving them that shot. Give em hell Jets, we know you have it in you. I hope?

I have had the worst run of luck lately with pizza orders. However, the manager here, Josh, was a big help with my order. First time ordering here and he was patient and walked me through it. He was quite pleasant when I came in to pick it up too! I will be back again do to his great service and the welcoming atmosphere he creates at this location!

Ordered 2 subs. Ham and cheese and steak and cheese with extra meat. My sub (the ham and cheese (had one slice of ham and had to take off 1/2 in on each side to get to that one thin slice of ham and cheese). Steak sub with extra meat (literally a 10.00 sub) had barely any meat and again had to take off 1/2 inch on each side to find the steak and cheese). Called and spoke to manager. He said “what do you want? Remake or credit?” And then hing up..No sorry ruined your meal, what can we do to make it better? I am fantastic cook but we are trying support local business and eat carry out locally every Thursday at a minimum and trying to more often but things like this make it hard to keep trying to do our part. 25.00 for 2 subs that weren’t edible and poor customer service. Too many option for pizza and subs on South Lyon to offer this kind of service.
