Paid $33.13 for 2 small pizzas. One pizza is COMPLETELY BURNT. It’s not even edible. This was my 1st time ordering at this location. AVOID at all cost. Terrible experience.

This location gives Jet’s Pizza a bad name. I love Jets pizza but 9 out of 10 times my pizza here is a dried out over baked or sloppily made or lacking sauce or cheese. I have complained and sent pictures and they have agreed that they gave me a much below par pizza and offer me credit for next time, But really, is bad pizza ever a good value? If they could just make a decent pizza like every other Jet’s rather than turning out trash. When they get it right, it is good Jet’s pizza!

Ordered a delivery to the Embassy By Hilton and never got my order…. very disappointed, couldn’t even get ahold of them to find out why it was never delivered to our room. Find a different place to order your pizza from if your in Romulus!

They’ve never got my order right once. Asked for the new york style and they charged me for it but made a regular large pizza which is 5 dollars less and just cut it in 6. Horrible business practices and even worse workers. Lol this place actually has business

Best jets in the area. If you got a complaint call them and they will handle it. If your food was burnt. Call them they will handle it. Parking lot always full and trashed but that’s not there fault.

We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza & a bottle of ranch, picked up our order drove all the way back to our hotel to find this atrocity?!? My husband calls, apparently someone else ordered a BBQ chicken pizza w/ mild sauce instead of bbq… To each his own,I guess! Clearly we got their pizza and they ours. Even knowing how the mistake was made the only way to resolve the issue was for us to go back & swap this pizza for the right 1! Yes swap as if we were lying? There was NO offer of compensation such as simply delivering the RIGHT pizza to us. No it’s not terribly far (20 minutes round trip 2x) from where we were but it was a huge inconvenience! Would of gave them 1 star but our actual pizza tasted AMAZING!!!
