The pizza was HORRIBLE!! Please think twice before going to this location. Just HORRIBLE!! Burnt no cheese no meat. I BEGGED them to watch me flush it down the toilet but they refused!! During the pandemic you most definitely have more patience and understanding however we were disappointed for a second time. Placed an order over $40 and hadn’t received the delivery in almost two hours. We called and was placed on hold with no return. The food had finally arrived and it was not fresh or warm. We had to reheat the food. It looks as if the pizza had been sitting for an hour before being delivered. We’re most definitely not returning. I really hope they improve their services.

If I could give an negative star, I would. Klye, who I was told is the manager, is so rude. One of the employees entered the incorrect pizza order, after my husband to her numerous times that we wanted an 8 corner pizza. Jet’s delivered us a regular large pizza. When we called back to request the correct pizza, the manager Kyle, was extremely rude and began to talk over me. He suggest my remedy for waiting for the incorrect pizza for an hour in exchange for another pizza “didn’t work for him?” For him!?!? Never mind the paying customer who waits forever for their pizza for their location EVERY TIME WE ORDER!! It didn’t work for him!! He hug up on me THREE TIMES!! And he stated he’s the manager!!! Unbelievable!!! I WILL NEVER OREDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! Kyle needs to be fired!! His pizza making days should be over!! Kyle shouldn’t be the manager of a roach motel!! Unbelievable treatment!!!
