I ordered a small square pizza today from the Jet’s Pizza at 21 and gratiot. I asked for extra cheese, bacon and pepperoni. The service was good. The driver was good. But the pizza was horrible. Really over cooked, burnt cheese and there was not much cheese at all. The bacon was unedible due to being rock hard. Not worth the money spent other than the delivery was on time and the driver was good.

Well I came and ordered and my order was ready within 10 minutes just like I was told it would be. The metal bench seat is a bad idea when it’s cold because it get cold. From what I could see the place was clean. The person who took my order was very friendly. My orders where correct even though we did take items away from our order and the food was GREAT! The pizza was cooked perfectly to my taste. 1 draw back for me was no public restroom. I would have had to go somewhere else if I needed to use it but that is a common thing for carry out pizzerias at least in the areas I have been.

Ordered online & salad wasn’t ready but it was delicious. And the Italian dressing is exceptional. Have to say the pizza sauce tasted bitter to me and very scinmpy on the mushrooms. The offer of 15% to text never works for me.

Worst jets ever they messed up my order put it under a different name when I SPELLED my name to the person. Then they refused to deliver the pizza and said I’d have to pay for the whole pizza again. Terrible place, manager is an absolute A-hole!

This Jets is the WORST. Had such an awful first experience and will never go back. The manager was rude and had horrible customer service. The food was burnt and awful. Highly DONT recommend!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

My specialty pizza looked fresh but a few hours after I ate it my stomach was jacked up as if I ate some old pizza nd they just put fresh toppings on it. SMH I will not be spending any more money here! I should have know it was going to be an old pizza becuz they say the wait time was only 10mins. SMH

Don’t order delivery. They outsource to random food delivery apps who don’t care if your pizza is delivered cold. I specifically asked to have it delivered by a Jets delivery person and it was ignored. Not cool.

Jet’s pizza is usually one of my favorite pizza places. Really is a great place, just this location probably the least. 21 mile and gratiot just never seems that fresh and being lied to several times over the years that there slices are fresh when they really are not gives this location 3 stars. Crazy because I remember contacting corporate about this 5 years ago about how bad the slices was and I see thing still never changed. You’re supposed to get rid of them after so long not throw them back in the oven after several hrs. Used to work at jets before… Even the bread skimped on cheese. Really just want to say there are better locations all around.
