I pulled up at 9:35 PM. The open sign was lit but the door was locked. So I called and was told that they stopped taking orders. So now I just received my Mod pizza, in the same plaza, and it’s a million times better than any Jet’s pizza.

I placed an order online for carry-out. We arrived a little early and Maddie had let us know that it would be another 5-10 minutes since Michael had put an extra sauce on our pizza that we didn’t order. She let us keep the original pizza along with the corrected one. Shawn, the manager, offered us a beverage ‘on the house’ while we waited and threw in a brownie with our order. Thank you so much for going out of your way to make a customer happy! We LOVE Jet’s Pizza and will be back soon. P.S. Michael, your pizza making skills are on point. We still love you! 😉

Ordered delivery over the phone. Two pizzas – veggie without olives and pepperoni. Ordered was delivered – pizza had only OLIVES on it! Called and spoke to the manager. She instantly blamed us and said she could deliver another pizza for an up charge. Up charge!!! For what? What did we do wrong? I then asked for the District Manager and she said I can’t have any of that info. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

I placed a text order for the first and last time. The ordering process was smooth, but store service was not. I arrived at the store, after waiting the 25 minutes for completion. Then only to be told it wasn’t done, because only a phone number appeared on their incoming system…since there was no name, they choose not to make it. The gentleman that told me this was short and said it’s be another 15 minutes. It’s not my problem your system didn’t work, but an apology by store staff was in order and not received. Do Better!
