Ordered through doordash and was missing half the order and ordered a buffalo pizza and it was missing buffalo sauce. We called to just let them know and they were incredibly rude to us (it was a teenager so i’ll let it slide ) they told us it was doordashs fault….now if anyone knows how someone can magically get rid of buffalo sauce let me know. For future reference only go to the Jets pizza in Fairfield, this happened with them and they gladly sent someone with the missing order. Be better Liberty Township Jets be more like Fairfield ❤️❤️ xoxo

I need to try Jets again, because their sausage is not good. We ordered the Detroit style pizza with pepperoni, ham and sausage. It was light on pepperoni and ham, but had a generous amount of sausage. Unfortunately, they use the typical sausage chunks so many pizza shops use that is low on flavor. We placed our order online and that is a very user friendly experience.

Unfortunately, human error was a factor in the accuracy of the order. I think we are all able to understand that it happens and it is how it is handled that is the true testament to the service. There was a delay of receiving the correct food solely due to only one delivery driver servicing the store . The manager was professional, courteous and accommodating! He had the correct food made immediately and sent it out as quickly as his solo driver could get it to us. Bravo to Caleb! Thank you so much!

If this place is not going to staff enough people than just close. You’re in a great location and whenever I try to pick up orders from DoorDash I have to wait 10 to 20 minutes past its due time as they are understaffed. Now they even have a sign on their front door saying no phone charging. The longer wait times is the reason I put a stop to picking up online orders here.

Submitted a text order for one pizza at 6:17pm, received confirmation that the order would be ready in 25-30 minutes, then received a text 24 minutes later at 6:41pm (as I was pulling into the parking lot) that the text order could not be connected to the restaurant, therefore it was cancelled and refunded. I decided to order face-to-face since I was already there, but there were already 9 customers in the lobby….so no pizza for us that night.

Placed an order online and made it for delivery due to having Covid and they said that it was a pickup order which by the way is ridiculous then after over 1hr and 30mins, I finally called the store to see where my pizza was and that’s when they said it was a pickup order and that was just my1st complaint, next I asked for my pizza to be well done because previous experiences, they are never fully done and get it and my pizza is burnt. Love their thick crust but my tummy can’t handle that anymore so they have a tasty cauliflower crust for me and for my mom’s allergies they’re AMAZING Gluten-free crust and sauce made without onion. Plus they don’t skimp. It’s the perfect topping load.
