Pizza was hot and fresh. Zach the associate working on 9/19/21 night shift was amazing. I ordered through door dash and the dasher never pick up my order. I called and said I would pick it up. Zach knowing that the pizza had set an hour for pick up make a brand new one and credited me for the wait. Definitely would go back when in town

DANG that’s some good pizza! Never had Jet’s before and I have to say, the staff was friendly. The delivery guy was really nice. The price I thought was reasonable based on other pizza places but when I got it, the pizza was way bigger than I thought it would be, generous with the toppings and fresh. Excellent value and taste.

I like Jet’s Pizza because of the crust, which is thicker than most pizza. They’re generous with toppings and the flavor keeps fine the next day. The service here is quick and there’s plenty of parking. It’s not everyone’s pizza preference, but it does what it does well

This Jet’s Pizza used to be very good. The last several times they have really gone done in quality. If you charge more for extra cheese, they put extra cheese on the pizza. That’s so unprofessional and greedy. Today I ordered online, picked said ready at 3:56pm. I arrived at 3:57. They said 6 or 7 minutes more. It was 4:22 when I left. Apparently 25 minutes is the same as 6 or 7 minutes. No apology or anything. A man walked in a placed his order at the counter and came back to pick it up before I got my order. Not sure how that is possible but that’s how they do business there. The ignorant kid behind the wall making the pizzas was yelling loudly and cussing about customer orders. In a nutshell find a better place to get pizza, this place is terrible.

I wish I could give zero stars and still leave a review . I hope the manager or the owner of this place sees this . I love Jets pizza but I called today (09/18 at 3:45pm) and spoke to a lady who was utterly rude and not nice. I canceled my order and she wasn’t even remorseful.. and this is how you would lose your money and customers …. get that lady out of there before it’s too late …

Jet’s Pizza is the only pizza I crave anymore. The deep dish crust pizza is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The restaurant is always clean, the customer service is on point, and the quality of the food is consistent! Can be more expensive then other pizza places but quality and taste deserve the extra cost.

I’d like to rate this location higher, but everytime I order and pay for extra pepperoni, it just doesn’t happen. It’s something that ruins the experience and enjoyment I am looking for when getting pizza. When I have ordered multiple toppings, it’s like they purpously give me less of the total toppings. If I add mushrooms, then I get less pepperoni. If I order extra pepperoni with mushrooms, I get less cheese and still don’t have double pepperoni. It’s like they are giving me the middle finger everytime they take my money and deliver me less than what I paid for. I should not have to worry that my order will be correct when I pick it up, that should be a minimal expectation.

I went to pick up a DD order, the girl at the counter couldn’t find so she assumed that I was at the wrong location. Then she finally came back from the back saying they can start the order but will need payment for the order. Once their system finally got it together it took over twenty minutes for me to get the customer’s food
