Great deep-dish pizza. All edge pieces always have some crispy parts. Jet’s Bread is always a good addition. Only ever once had a problem with my order and they fixed it quickly. If my family is craving some thick crust pizza, this is my go-to store.

Jet’s used to be my favorite, but I stopped ordering from there years ago due to the quality slipping. I decided to try it again tonight. I ordered online. When I arrived, I am was told they did not have my order. After some searching, they discovered the ticket did not print. The end result was only another 10-minute wait but aggravating none the less. Also, no offer to compensate my wait.

It was so good. I’m from the Youngstown, Ohio area & I come to Powell to visit my son, he introduced me to this Pizza & I am addicted to it now. We don’t have a Jets pizza in Youngstown but we sure can use one if Jets ever wanted a new location. They would make a million dollars if they put a franchise in Austintown, Ohio. Our area goes crazy for Pizza & there aren’t that many places that make good pizza like this. So Jets if you read this, contact me & I can show you what areas are hot for Pizza. Ordered pizzas for my drumline kids that came in for a competition and the service was amazing. There were no complaints and the kids loved the pizza. Had to stop by and grab another pizza to go home with. Kudos to the staff and delivery driver.

Ordered pizza at 4:45 for daughter and her friends before going to an event. Was to be delivered by 6:00. At 7:00 it still had not arrived so called and got message to press 1 of there’s a question or issue with an order. Phone continues to ring for the last 20 minutes at the time of this review. I would say poor customer service except there’s been none whatsoever.
