This location is carryout only. The local workers are great, food ready as promised. Personally, I’m not a fan of wide crusts that effectively reduce all pizza diameters by the width of 2 breadsticks. But for those that enjoy bread, here ya go. The bot that takes orders is painful to deal with, and never gets our name correct.

Delicious food every time we eat from here. Our pizza was ready exactly when we scheduled our pickup. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The “lobby” is very small and has limited seating; though this isn’t really a problem as I haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes for anything from here.

Besides Chic Filet, Jet’s Pizza, specifically the one in Fern Creek Louisville Kentucky, might be the most flawless restaurant I’ve ever been to. The pizza is amazing- love the deep dish! But the employees are astoundingly polite and professional. I have 25 years in leadership positions currently serving in a Regional VP position, so I like to think I know a thing or two. I am beyond impressed with this company and especially this location. It’s easy to be great sometimes, it’s nearly impossible to be great consistently. Kudos to the staff and the General Manager for identifying and hiring great help. They represent your brand well.

I’ve been ordering pizza and calzones from this place for nearly a year now. I have yet to have a bad experience. Staff is always friendly to me and my food is always on point. I normally get the two slice deal and drink. Greatly appreciate you all and so does the majority of my coworkers.

The 8 corner pizza with Turbo crust was perfect. I showed up at the time the app said to pick it up. Gace them my name, and they went to get my pizza. And even when they were going to get it, another employee asked if I was being helped. Great customer service!
