I arrived at 11:37 and ordered two slices. My pizza came out of the oven around 12:02 and the guy chop a cheese stick slice off the pizza, put the remainder in the box after cutting it in have. I’ve never experienced this long of a wait nor them making my pizza smaller and keeping the parts they chopped off, please roll the camera back, I’m assuming for a snack but I don’t appreciate it after waiting 25 minutes and tipping $3 on a $7 order. My ticket number is #14 from 2/08/2023 time 11:37:15. This is the worst and last experience I’ll ever have here. Truly ridiculous to eat off customer’s orders.

We had a med salad and large pepperoni pizza. They were both amazing! We got the hand tossed crust this visit. It was really great! They put way too much cheese in the salad but I took it out. Their ranch is delicious! Always delicious pizza!!!!

Order every week via text. Always purchase extra marinara sauce. Think I’ve spent about 15.00 bucks on marinara they have never delivered… I mean it’s only a buck for it and I spend it hoping they might add it every week. But worth mentioning. Here recently our 45 minute order has gone up to 1h to 1.5h on Thursday nights. We dont mind waiting but when you call they act like your up next then they send someone out from the store right away. You ask the driver and they tell you they just left while the manager says they have been out for 30m on delivery.Honestly I’d rather go pick it up or just order marcos, they deliver in 20m.

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza, and it came as if it had been cooked hours prior and re-heated right before delivery. I used to love Jet’s, but the quality of this location in particular sucks so bad that Little Cesar’s deep dish would’ve been better than what I received, for half the price. On top of that, the (lady) manager just hung up in my face when I asked about picking up a fresh pizza. Please dine elsewhere.
