Awesome pizza and wings! Both was absolutely delicious. We aren’t from the area and never had Jet’s Pizza before but it was the highest rated Pizza place in the area so we gave it a try. It definitely did not disappoint! Estimated delivery time was supposed to be an hour when we placed our order online and it was here in 35 minutes. Delivery driver was nice and friendly. 5 stars!

If you are looking for food you might as well go to McDonald’s because you will not receive anything from this establishment we waited 2 hours for a pizza delivery that they never made. Called 4 times to ask about our order and were put on hold for 10 minutes each time. The last call we were told our order couldn’t be found and told us just to come down there….whole reason for placing a delivery in the first place was not to show up there. Upon arrival it took a while to get anyone to come to the counter while there were 3 people behind the counter acknowledging that we were there but no helping any customers. 2 groups of people were waiting for them to help someone. Then got an attitude from the manager when asking for a refund DONT spend your money or time here.

Don’t bother with the frustration. There are plenty of other places to order pizza. I placed an online order on June 1 2023 at 7:23pm and received an email confirmation with that very time stamp. In the email, it clearly states black on white that the delivery DUE TIME is 8:23 pm. I waited over an hour for the delivery and when nothing arrived, I called in around 8:40pm, only to be told by the manager on duty that “orders would no longer be accepted beyond a specific cut-off time” and that, for this particular manager, this cut-off time was 8:20 pm. The manager told me that I would be receiving a refund in 3 to 4 business days, as my order had been placed too late, i.e., after 8:20pm. I explained that that was incorrect, that I had placed the order at 7:23 pm and that I have an order confirmation in writing to prove it. The manager ignored this and insisted that the order had been placed too late. He made no discernable attempt to straighten out the situation or to further investigate the matter, let alone entertain the possibility that there might actually be a mistake on his end of the business transaction.

Waited over an hour and a half. We must’ve called 10 times. Once the manager finally answered she said “oh you probably should just cancel.. we are closed now and our door dash driver canceled”. Ended up having to pick it up.

I hate to even write bad reviews but I have always been a loyal Customer to Jets and this location and recently I call between 8:00-8:20 to place an order and they come up with an excuse as to why I can’t order. Tonight I got told they don’t do carry out orders to only put me on hold for 10 mins and not even pick the phone back up. The other night it was they closed early and the other times they just don’t answer the phone.

I ordered from Jets Pizza on 11/14/2022 at 5 PM four pizzas to which they stated would take 1 hour for delivery. Pizza arrived at two hours later than expected at 8PM. When calling Jets for an update on the delivery they did not pick up the phone once. The pizza was what was ordered (albeit lukewarm) and the delivery driver was very nice. Would recommend door dash, would not recommend ordering from this Jets location.
