Greasy mess. Soggy. Very underwhelming. I only kept eating it because I spent $40 on it. Honest truth, little ceaser taste waaaay better. I can literally feel the grease attacking my heart. I ate it but only because I felt I had to. Wings tasted like papa johns wings. Hot was pretty spicy, not overt. Definitely will not buy again! The underside of the pizza was so Greasy that you can see light through the other side. Think about that? See “light” though the bottom crust and baked cheese! Sauce was almost nonexistent. BTW, I got the NY style with deli pep and hot wings. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I feel like I’ve been played so the people who made this should feel worse. A very terrible, undercooked pizza. Gotta warn the people. I’m only sorry that I bought it.

Okay. Absolutely NEVER order from this Jet’s. The wait time is an hour, but that apparently isn’t enough time to make sure you get you whole order or a quality order. This is the SECOND time they forgotten part of my order (suppose to get a refund, but the phone call reporting the issue I heard the way they were talking in the background, rude staff), but the cherry on top is what I found in my salad! I have no clue what that is. It might be pure grease going off consistency, but if that is getting in a salad (at the very bottom of what SHOULD be a clean, unused container), I’m betting the kitchen is not kept clean. This is absolutely unacceptable. I love Jet’s, but not this one. Go to the one on Madison, they do quality, and they tend to do it a lot faster.

Usually I can expect pretty good service from this place but lately it’s taken a downward trend. From delivery drivers who consistently bring the wrong order (the order they handed me just the other night had someone else’s name on it entirely and was nothing like my order) and even after making you wait for them to take ANOTHER customer’s food to them they still forget simple things like side cups of sauce (that you paid extra for) and the store staff is virtually remorseless and has no customer service skills. For example, I went into the store recently, they were out of the dough necessary to make most of the food i wanted to order and made no effort to make it up to a customer.

Do you like a variety of pizza dishes? How about deep dish style pizza? Luigi’s, do you think it is the “best?” Well, think again my good friend. Jet’s Pizza is amazing, they have fresh pizza made daily for whatever your pizza needs are. In Clarksville, there are not too many quality pizza places but this is one of them, besides Old Chicago.

Second time being in this location was LAST NIGHT and yet once again there was a female in there with a collar shirt on that had the NASTIEST language of any female I believe I have heard in my 40+ years. I know as for myself and my family WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. If it means we have to go without jets than so be it. I can only hope that the owners or the franchise gets this under control or this place will be gone before you know it with this being the Bible belt area. Also with seeing all other staff in store in a t shirt I would assume that this lady is in a management position. Which if I recall right last time I seen her she said she was the regional manager. Please someone do something FAST..

A co-worker of mine told us about this place and how good the pizza was. Our deep dish pizza was pretty good but our cheese pizza was lackluster. I asked for 3X cheese and it seems like it was there but the pizza was lukewarm. To top it off the was little to know sauce on the pizza and I didn’t ask for light sauce. Hopefully next time it’ll be better.

I actually love the pizza and sides but the past few times I have tried to order, the order appears to have processed including money pending my account but when the driver gets to the store, my order can’t be found. It’s about 45 minutes before I find out I have to order some where else. If your going to use the ording apps, can you please fix this issue. Like I said I do like your pizza.
