Unfortunately, we had an a bad experience tonight in which we will no longer be getting pizza from this establishment. It was a busy Friday night. One of our pizzas was made incorrectly, but when I called, they told me they would remake the ticket. Errors happen and they agreed to fix it so there was no problems there. I took the pizzas back in and I was told that there would be about a 15 to 20 minute wait. I stayed in the store waiting for my order to be called out realizing 30 minutes later, I still didn’t have my pizzas and I was the only one left in the building. I walk up a little further to the very front. Someone greeted me and asked if I needed help and I told him I was still waiting on my order remake which he found waiting in the warming device. I have no idea how long I was sitting waiting after my pizzas were already completed. No one looked around for me when the pizzas were done or called out my name or order number, no one apologized. And frankly the most expensive new pizza does not look up to par for the cost. Super disappointed.

Good pizza! Online ordering makes it fast and easy. Watch for coupons in local mailers. Large shopping center parking lot with handicap spaces, but they share with a large grocery and other businesses, so it’s limited availability at times.

The Detroit Style Deep Dish Supreme is a must try. Make sure you grab some Jet’s Sticks as well because they are cheesy and soft. Service is always amazing. Employees are always friendly. I literally have not had a bad pizza from here, even when I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza! Prices are reasonable and size of pizza can feed a family plus have left overs.

I ordered thin crust and got thick, I’m used to Marlowe’s smoked meat pizzas and nothing compares to it ! This proves that yesterday, I won’t order from Jetts againwas very dissappointed they could learn a few things from Marlowe’s smoked meat pizzas in North Port!!!
