This two star review is based on our order of cheesy bread and thin crust pizza. Our order was delivered so there is minimal service to comment on. Now on to the food, starting with the the thin crust pizza if possible I would have given it half a star basically that is a generous rating for the toppings and gravy only. Everyone knows it’s pretty hard to screw them up unless you are using cheap or out of date stuff. Let’s get to the crust of the matter. The thin crust, a better description of what they serve is a cracker. There is no way that premade flat wafer should be called crust. Every pizza perfectionist knows thin crust is fresh made dough hand tossed and stretched thin. Jet’s you totally missed the mark on this one. On the other hand I have to give accolades to the cheesy bread the dough was much better and that gets 3.5 stars. Looking at the reviews Jet’s has a 4 to 5 star rating. This makes me wonder either the reviewing parties are not familiar with good pizza or substance impairment has clouded their judgment.

So the pizza is ok 6 maybe 7 out of 10. Problem is they pass off a medium pizza as a large but charge 20 bucks for a medium. I’ve worked in 3 pizzerias in my life and their large is definitely a medium. Now I see why Lelulos pizza where I normally get my pizza had a 2 hr wait. They actually give you a large that’s really large and their pizza is an 8 or 9. Jets pizza 20 min wait that speaks volumes. I thought maybe they gave me a medium by accident. When asked I was assured it was a large. Here is a pic of my hand on the box you decide if it’s a large or not. It was a 15 dollar pizza at best. Lesson learned.

We usually do pickup but their delivery is fine too. Not many good pizza places in the Cape but Jet’s is good…we get the Detroit style 8 corner pizza. We never have any leftover pieces! Good pricing and quality food, it works for me.

My pizza showed almost an hour late the pizza was cold. We order from here once a week and last 2 times it was late. I called and complained but nothing but excuses. The delivery driver didn’t even have it in a bag it was just laying in his back seat . His pants were sagging so far you could see his underwear. Time to find a new pizza place

If you live in an apartment the driver will refuse to deliver to your door. The manager told me if I was unhappy with my service to not tip. I normally tip online, therefore I don’t have a way to take back my tip.

I can’t believe how amazing this pizza place is. They are super friendly and very respectful. The delivery was fast and my food was still hot like it came straight out of the oven. I’m very impressed and would love to give them a 10 star rating. The food is delicious and very tasty.
