First time ordering from Jet’s Pizza and I’m glad I did. First I was hesitant to get the “4 slice pepperoni pizza for $14” but I seen the other reviews and decided to get it. They said it was worth it and they wasn’t lying! 10/10. Very crunchy, moist! And it’s really fulfilling!

First time ordering pizza here. Used their “text your order” feature. The “PLEASE REVIEW” was correct but what arrived after an hour 20 minutes was wrong. When I called the store they said what they see on their end is what was delivered? What? Seems like this feature does not work. They did offer to make a new pizza and deliver it but I declined as the pizzas that were delivered were horrible, They were over cooked and tasted bad. I can honestly say there were the worst pizzas. We LOVE pizza and we threw 3/4 of it away, unheard of with my family. If I could give it no stars I would. On a positive note, the employees and the delivery person at the Carrollwood store were very nice.

Had it for the first time in Ft Myers and it was amazing and this location was no different! Fresh, hot, and delicious! My wife wasn’t even in the mood for pizza until I told have a slice, changed her mine real quick! Will be back for sure!

I have to say that I absolutely love Jets Pizza! I always call ahead and pick up. The 4 corners pizza is my favorite and it is always deliciously consistent and packed with toppings. I love the options for toppings and flavored crust. See ya again soon!

The Detroit style pizza was delicious! I’m a Philly girl so I’m used to New York style pizza. I decided to try the Detroit style pizza and it was great! The bottom had a little crispness to it. That’s what sealed the deal for me!

Was doing uber eats….. as always the order wasn’t even ready and not only tht the restroom toilet was filled Filled with human Waste And the toilet handle was broken I went and spoke with a young man and told him about the situation . While waiting for my order I thought maybe someone would go fix the bathroom it but they didn’t you had employees on their phones instead of worrying about orders with a lot of customers waiting for orders. I’m sorry but I do not recommend anyone getting anything from. They took so long that I canceled my order due to excessive wait time

Clean in lobby. Great customer service. Limited parking. Rated three because toilet was not very clean. Located next to Supercuts.
Grooming Safer
Ordered online and paid $32.42, our credit card online shows the payment with the correct store number. When the pizza didn’t arrive we called. They refused to honor the order, said they would not allow us to come show them the payment on our credit card to their store. Refused to give us our pizza, and said maybe tomorrow they could see if perhaps we paid them. Like I said it already posted to our credit card online. We were not rude, we were not upset, we just wanted dinner. Never again will we order anything from Jets. So wrong.
