Waited for 30 minutes after Jets ETA online to call for an update. Was told by the girl who answered “gonna be a couple more minutes”. Asked her for more info and she transferred me to a manager. He couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and said “we don’t keep tabs on our drivers”. Delivery guy was so nice when he got here. Hat tip to him, but total letdown by the manager and employee who answered.

I love Jets! The pizza is deep dish with flavored crusts loaded with mozzarella cheese generously spread throughout the pizza. I would have scored higher, but my pizza slices were not fresh. Both were reheated. When their pizza comes right out the oven and it’s topped with fresh cheese and fresh ingredients, it is delicious!

My first time ever having Jets Pizza was out in Brandon Florida and I absolutely loved it I would get the boneless buffalo chicken everytime and it was just amazing to me but moving out here to Charlotte and seeing they had a jets pizza I was so excited to have that chicken again but to my surprise it was absolutely disgusting, the flavor wasn’t there at all, and they where small pieces as well, makes me wish I never left Florida, cause man they where really good.
