The lady was very rude. Very bad customer service. Me and my ex bf had order 2 -4 boxes of pizza, wings with sauce and turn out that they completely mess up the whole order. When we address them can they at lest make another one or give us our refund back. The lady was like no and come to us in the morning and it’s like ummm y’all not even close yet. She had an attitude the whole time. This location of Jetz pizza is absolutely terrible. I honestly feels like me and my ex bf got scam outta money that we paid well. So far as on. Me and him and future references will stick with the main pizza places that be trendy > Pizza Hut, domino’s,Papa John’s, and blaze pizza …. Blaze pizza is way better than this place. The only thing great about the Rozzelles Fairy location is the fact that they make the pizza correctly and it tastes like it’s supposed to. The service is terrible. The employees lack empathy and professionalism. It’s never an apology when they make mistakes just never ending excuses and passing the blame. How tf does the printer not print MY ticket but I can stand here and watch customer after customer come in and get their order? And it’s sad because if I wanted to drive 10 more minutes to Huntersville I wouldn’t have these issues, but I try to come here because it’s a shorter drive from my home in Gastonia. Do Better yo!!

I was missing Michigan and Detroit-style pizza, so I decided to get Jets. They have a text-to-order option with a 15% discount, which is clutch and works surprisingly well. When I showed up to pick up my pizza, things were getting heated between the cashier and a door dash lady. I swear they were about to throw hands. I took my pizza and got the hell outta there. They really go all out to give you the authentic Detroit experience.

When I waited 2 additional hours for my pizza on super bowl Sunday, and being on hold until my pizza arrived, I chalked it up to a singular poor experience and an exhausted crew. I have been ordering from this location for a year, and have had consistently good experiences up until that point.

From the onset of call to place order. Worker did not answer phone with a greeting and tone was really dry. She said she was sleepy. Took my order for a pizza and charged my card for a pizza that was never delivered. An hour or so later I made a second call because I was told I would have my order in a 30 minutes. I was then told driver was 5 mins away. Roughly 45 mins later called back and no answer. Still no pizza. Spoke with general manager, Nai the next day. Expressed to her my experience. She says to me she has no way to track who took my order, only that I placed an order. She then shared her driver walked off the job. I then questioned, why was I told on my second call that he was 5 mins from my home? She replied that she couldn’t imagine why I would be told that with an implication or undertone, that I was lying. Her explanation of why this situation occurred was absurd. I asked that the owner Todd call me. Was then told he would have to call me anyway because that’s the only way they could issue my refund which I would not receive for 7-10 business days. I replied absolutely not. She then continued to repeat the absurd explanation for what had occurred. Took zero accountability and when I suggested there were conflicting issues in her explanation. She hung up on me. The bar has really even set low for individuals hired to represent your brand, business and establishment. Smh

I love Jet’s pizza, but this location can work on their customer service. I ordered and paid for a pizza online with an estimated pick up time and confirmation email. Drove to the store, the lights were off and they were closed. Called the following day to get my money back. There’s was absolutely no apology, just “yeah, that’s because we closed early”. I wish they would have handled this better.
