Ordered turbo crust on my Detroit style tasted no turbo crust. Ordered extra sauce,no extra sauce. The turbo crust makes the pizza. The Jets in Charlotte is my usual Jet’s always excellent. I will not be back here again. Pizza could have been cooked longer. I ordered off the app and paid and they still made me sign a reciept for a tip again. Do not waste your time.

I ordered a pizza with hamburger on it but it wasn’t on the pizza. Unfortunately the driver had just left before I could tell him and show him but I called as soon as I opened the box and was told the hamburger was probably under the toppings. I checked and there wasn’t any. The manager offered 15% off the next purchase. I wasn’t satisfied with that because I may not order again from them. Then I was told they could apply 15% off my purchase from tonight. Once I tasted the pizza I realized there also wasn’t garlic flavor out on the crust. I pre-tipped which I normally don’t do but because of my previous experiences I felt I could do so without issues. The order took over a hour to get here. Just beware. Jet’s isn’t cheap and I understand they are probably busy and don’t want to make a whole new pizza but I want what I paid for. Check food before driver leaves!!!

Always friendly and fast. Until tonight have only ever walked in and got the lunch special. Tonight I ordered delivery. I’ve only sampled everything so far and I am really liking it. My only hang up so far is that I paid for extra cheese on the square pizza and don’t feel like I got what I paid for. I’m judging this based on how cheesy the lunch special has always been. So when I PAID for extra I expected a good bit more. Ok, moving on. The wings were well done as I asked and the Italian boat…OMG! Thing is freaking delicious! Beats the pants off PJ’s Papadilla…hands down. Finally, the delivery guy, very friendly and called like I asked him to. He even thanked me for the tip which he more than earned. Well done Jets. You have a new fan.

I was calling jets pizza to place an order at 8:30 when it’s advertised that they close at 9 o’clock. I was hung up on about 12 times so I drove over. I was told at the door at 8:45 that they were closing early because they were short staffed. I understand that it is difficult to get help right now but the least they could’ve done was answer the phone so people knew they were closing early. I was frustrated and told the employee so, he told me that if I didn’t like it and I was going to yell at him (I was not raising my voice) I could just leave. So I did and won’t be back.

I went for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised at the tasty pizza. It was a great thick crust with a crunchy exterior and a soft and chewy middle. Two slices and a 20 oz soda for just over $6 makes a fast, tasty, and inexpensive lunch. The only downside is the lunch special by the slice is only pepperoni or cheese. I’m more of a veggie lover, but would still return.

I love Jets deep dish and their salads. I am originally from NY and I have had some of the most authentic Italian pizzas. I love both. Jets has never made a mistake with my order. The only thing that bothers me, and has nothing to do with the food. Whoever answers the phone, needs to touch up on their customer service skills. I should not feel like you are annoyed to take my order. And they should always end the call thanking the customer. Simple things go a long way.
