Ordered by text. Was called that they didn’t didn’t have any large thin crust. So I asked if you only have small thin crust can I get cauliflower crust. The lady said she can do 2 since I Ordered a large pizza. I get there and it’s not cauliflower crust. The young man had a attitude that I said I Ordered cauliflower since you didn’t have the large thin. I’m a diabetic so I can’t do the deep dish. Beware don’t order by text or online you may not get want you Ordered. Very dissatisfied with there service I received.

We were greeted by a friendly employee who was helpful in making our decision of what to purchase for lunch. We purchased a garden salad and thin crust pizza. The pizza came out hot, exactly how we ordered and very quickly. It tasted very good and would definitely go back again. The only reason for a 4 star is because they don’t allow for substitutions and charge a dollar more to switch from black olives to Kalamata olives in my salad which seems weird since every other restaurant would switch with no problem.

This is one of our favorite places for pizza! We love the deep dish Detroit style pizza and get whatever we can with the most ingredients at the best price with the Super Special (pictured with bacon added) and Jet 10 being our favorites. We usually add the garlic to the crust at no charge and love the crispness of that thick Detroit crust! Why only four stars and not five? As someone else mentioned, they are very inflexible with their ingredients. If you want to swap one veggie for another, there is an up-charge that you typically don’t see at other restaurants. If they ever change this policy, I’ll change my rating as well.

I have worked in restraunt management myself Pizza parlor nonetheless. I ordered a pizza on 12-23 and they told me it would be an hour. They came 15 minutes past the hour they stated and did not provide the ranch dressing I paid $1.00 for. I truly thought instead of being the jerky customer that night. I will mention it the next time I order and they will gladly provide the ranch they forgot. So on 12-28 @ 5:45pm I began ordering another pizza. When I mentioned to Brianna about the ranch that was forgotten she proceeded to ask the manager what can be done. Sorry Brianna you have to eat crow for your managers greed and lack of business etiquette. It’s principal that will keep me from ever ordering a pizza I truly love from JETS Indian Trail. The fact that they would rather make more money than do the right thing in this situation Is why I am upset. Do the math that $1.00 ranch will keep me from buying $30 pizzas. What a business model.

We used to love this pizza, it would arrive fresh and hot to our door, the crust was crisp, and it was so tasty. The past two times we’ve ordered, our pizza has arrived cold and soggy. Such a disappointment when you crave the flavor of when it used to taste good. I think I’m done with Jets for a while. If I’m going to eat a high calorie meal like this it’s got to be worth it. UPDATE: The manager reached out to let me know they don’t have enough delivery drivers, so they’ve had to use Door Dash to deliver. Unfortunately they’ve been having bad feedback on the Door Dash deliveries but they have no control over it. I got a credit for my last order, which we have used on an order we picked up ourselves, and the pizza was just as delicious as I remembered it being. I’m increasing my rating for the great customer service and from now on we’ll just order when we’re able to pick up, or when they have one of their own drivers working.
