Some of the best pizza I have had. The first time I ordered it was going to be for delivery, but there was a two hour wait. Pick up was only 30 mins, so that was what we did. Plenty of parking and the person at the counter was helpful.

Ordered $67 worth of pizza, wings & a sub. I tried ordering online twice, which ending in me being redirected to an error page asking me to place the order online. Only to later find out I was charged for both online transactions. $167.14 was held on my card for 8 days!! Smh… The girl taking the online order was rude & unhelpful … Now to the food. IT WAS COLD! Literally, COLD. That’s it. Never again.

The worst customer experience. I have been a regular customer at this location and let it slide when they messed up my order once but twice in a row in spite of re-iterating called for a conversation especially when kids are hungry and everyone is tired on a Friday evening. After I explain to 3 people why i want to talk to the manager I am finally put thru to talk to the manager. The so called “manager” Stephanie has the audacity to rudely ask the customer to bring back the wrong order without expressing the least bit of regret for the mess up. She does not even apologize to the customer and in turn rudely tells the customer that there is not need to be frustrated. I wonder what kind of customer facing skills does she possess to lead the work force in this location. This location lost a customer today. I pay for what I want to eat and not what they can serve at their wince and fancy. Attaching the receipt of the transaction that they messed up as proof that this is a review from a valid customer.

Great friendly service and great pizza. This place is always clean, and they also have a dining area that you can sit and eat in. Most chain pizza places don’t have this. I don’t even think the Jets pizza in the University area has a dining area…so this particular jets is unique in deed. Keep it up guys!

Best pizza I have had since moving to NC 12 years ago! We have struggled to find pizza in the south that is our go to pizza place! Yesterday I decided to give Jet’s Detroit style pizza a try and it was wonderful. We loved the crust, the sauce, the cheese! We will definitely be ordering from here for pizza!
